I drive well out of my way to use this vet. I was made aware of their superior service on the recommendation of a vet surgeon. They listen, they are on point, and easy to work with. I just had my dog in for a tune-up with Dr. Hensley, and vet assistant Natalie. I wish more human docs had there approach and communication skills.

I took my multipoo to the animal care clinic in round rock on Mays Street . Normally I have taken lily to the animal care clinic in Austin. It was a horrible experience for me and my poor puppy lily . From check in to leaving . The front desk employees were unfriendly and rude. Like they were there just for a pay check. No care whatsoever for animals. Then I go back to my he exam room, the nurse was asking all kinda stupid questions that did not have to do about my puppies visit. The vet came in I told her that lily had been scratching and whimpering like in pain. All the vet did was give her an adjustment on her legs.? I’m like !!! Then she took a culture test for ear infections. So she did have an ear infection in both ears. Okay embrace your self. The nurse came back in and said we can give lily two ear drops and she will be okay for a month. Or we can send you home with them . Then she went to explain the fee. From the exam and lab results was $116 plus the drops were $354.00 now make the math lol what kind of drop’s were they. Very very rude and my poop puppy in pain and felt there bad energy they were caring. So now I left without drops or antibiotics for my pet. The good out look I found the meds at a general health store in Rockdale for my puppy. Please think twice in taking your pet there. Not worth it for your pet.

I was excited when I called and was told they could get my dog in today for a quick nail trim and expression. I was disappointed when I was asked to pay $60 before they even brought my dog out for inspection. I was infuriated when I got to my car and noticed that my dog’s paw was bleeding, and had to go back in and fix it. The tech apologized, but I was met with blank stares when I said, “It’s fine, but I’d expect better for 5 minute treatment that cost me $60.”I’m not made of money. I’m a first responder. After visual inspection and considering the small timeframe, I don’t even think they expressed his glands. His other nails are still too long and they missed a few. I can’t help but feel that I got ripped off.I’m not even sure I would take my dog to this place in the event of an emergency seeing that they couldn’t even handle these 2 simple procedures. Take your dog elsewhere.Last time I brought him here for an ear infection and skin condition, it cost me $500 and I had to get a second look from another place. The other place got it right with medications and actually ran tests to find out what the issue was. Guess what else? The other place did more work and charged $200 less. Yup. Shame on me for having good faith in Thrive. I’m just disappointed now.

Great staff excellent help, good instruction, care and facility. Dr. Clark was wonderful as was Dr. Michelle, our girl dog, Mische' was taken care of well, we could not be happier with her results and quality of doctors. A&M makes them superior and specialists in all fields. God bless them.

Very pleasant experience! Thank you! Went in to scan pup we found to see if he had a chip. The staff was so welcoming and kind. They found chip, made phone calls, and owner was located. The clinic offered to keep pup there until owner showed up. Thank you all for the love you share with our special fur babies ?

I had to put my dog down today. I want to thank ACC for everything. I don’t have words for how I feel right now but I can’t imagine a painful experience such as this being handled any better.

We just had an appointment for my dog and was assigned a new doctor. Our old Vet Dr. Jill we absolutely loved. Our experience with Dr. H was very cold and callouss. My wife and I we’re having a discussion about exercising our dog consistently because he is over weight. Our new doctor felt that it was appropriate for her to state that she wasn’t a marriage counselor. We have four children who we have put through college and I am sure we are old enough to be the doctors parents. First impressions and client relations are crucially to client retention. Thank you Dr H for you lack customer relations skills. We since chosen a new vet clinic. I do want to mention that the Vet Tech was extremely professional and courteous.

I had the unfortunate situation with my 12 week old puppy around midnight on a Saturday night. I found the Animal Care Clinic during a search. I called and was greeted by a tech who took my information and got with the Vet on duty. I drove my puppy to the clinic. There I was greeted by a tech and was moved to an examining table. The place was pretty busy with several dogs and a cat getting treatment. The vet and the techs really helped me in calming down and whent to work on my little buddy. Their caring and professionalism of the techs and the vet gave me the assurance that we would be taken care of correctly. Thankfully my doggie was able to go home with me and was able to fully recover.I really appreciate the service and treatment we received from the whole staff.Hope I never have to use their services, but if I do, I know we will be in good hands.
