I always experience the feeling of racism in this store, they ask me to verify my license and make me feel like i’m not Licensed. After 15 minutes of trying to research my info, oh it’s just a different address. Customer service in this store is horrible, i’ll have to travel somewhere else . enough is enough, i hated even buying anything from their i just don’t have time now to drive to another store. It’s such an awkward , environment.

No skincare lines other than Murad, waxing brands are Gigi, satin smooth or cirepil (only hardwax), small OPI selection for nails. They do have an excellent selection of hair lines and tools.

I paid $30 for a conditioner that I love. When I started using the new bottle I could tell it smelled bad/old. I went to exchange it and he said he can't take it back because it was opened and now can't re sell it. So disappointed in this way business are running. We work so hard...fuck this place

Laramie and Katie are amazing! They are both super helpful and always make sure to assist or give any recommendations. Although the store can improve on items being in stock, they have definitely made my trips there pleasant.

There is a girl here that is SO rude. I asked her for help on some products and her response was “I can give you my card and just do your hair for you” and when I told her no, That I just wanted some help in regards to the products she seemed very irritated to help me. She even went as far to tell me that the color I originally was gonna choose wouldn’t look good on me. So I ended up picking another color. I avoided going back for a while because she made me feel so bad about myself. But I ended up going back for the color anyways and it looked great on me so her opinion was irrelevant! But from now on I will go to RDA! At least there they are helpful and respectful.

I agree with Pamela's review. Poorly stocked poorly run and horrible customer service. No prices marked on over 70%of the store. RDA will get ALL OF MY BUSINESS from now on.
