Trust the reviews about Aspen Dental--WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I made the mistake of booking an appointment before reading the reviews, and unfortunately, they turned out to be accurate. During my first consultation, I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen, and the checkout process took another 30 minutes. What should have been a straightforward visit ended up taking over two hours. This might have been more tolerable if the staff had acknowledged or apologized for the delay, but instead, they acted as though this was completely normal. My most recent appointment, however, was even more frustrating and upsetting. I have a needle phobia, which I had communicated to the staff well in advance. Knowing I would need shots during this visit, I brought my mom for support. Upon arrival, I was told no one could accompany me in the room. We explained that my mom was there only to help ease my anxiety and would leave as soon as I received the shots, but they denied the request and suggested I seek care elsewhere. Having already taken time off work, paid for the appointment, and seated in the chair ready to proceed, I reassured them I was fine to move forward without my mom present. However, it seemed the decision had already been made, as the doctor refused to proceed with the appointment. This unprofessional behavior was incredibly disappointing, especially given the circumstances, my prior communication, and the effort I had already made to be there. Overall, the Aspen Dental Round Rock location is unprofessional and lacks empathy for its patients. They take no accountability for their actions and show little regard for patient concerns. Based on other reviews, it's clear this is a pattern--canceling appointments at their discretion, bullying patients, and demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Their sales tactics are too aggressive. I'm not good at standing up for myself, which I admit is a personal problem, but these people take advantage of it. They wouldn't even answer my initial question I called them for without making an appointment first. They also decided my treatment plan for me, without discussing options with me, and quoted me an outrageous price for a lot of unnecessary treatments that I would not have agreed to. Every time I've tried to talk to them about it, they deflect until I give up. If you're in the north Austin area, maybe skip them and try Mallard Dental in Taylor instead. My sister always has a good experience there.

It takes an Act Of God to cancel an appointment. I have called THREE TIMES to cancel and I’m still getting confirmation messages. Instead, they put it two weeks out. I am done with this disorganized practice.
I had a broken molar. The dentist prepping it did such a bad job, the main dentist had to redo her work. Unacceptable and I’ve given them too many chances.
Reception and hygienist are nice people. Still, I’m going to a new dentist.

The staff overall did an excellent work explaining why I was having pain. The office manager did a great job coming up with a game plan that fit my financial and work needs. I appreciate the 3rd party financing that gives me provides me a backup choice to get my treatment start. I look forward to having them as my dentist

Front desk staff were kind and helpful the office manager Barbie is super nice! Dr haynes and Dr Rama were both super kind especially when explaining my exam. X-ray tech and hygienist were both great and my teeth felt squeaky clean after leaving this office! Definately one of the best places to go for top notch dentistry work!

My first visit was awesome, my second and third wasn’t so great, but today for my follow up after my deep cleaning was phenomenal, I was very impressed with how my teeth and gums has improved… great job team

I would say the best part of this place was the receptionist, she was very kind, but the lady who does the “consulting for your dental plan” seemed extremely rude and had an attitude and was very unpleasant to communicate with. The actual dentist didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Everyone there lacked professionalism, and I went in for a toothache and left with cuts in the roof of my mouth and nothing I ended up coming in for. I ended up scheduling an appointment with another dentist while sitting there. If you’re looking for an amazing dentist and hands down well educated and clean environment, Gentry Family Dentistry, is the place to go.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk staff to the assistant, hygenist , and dr. I did wait a little while but that was ok. I was there 2 hours and got an exam, x rays, and a cleaning. Would recommend.

Aspen Dental ~Round Rock so amazing was so blessed to be assisted there. In my emergency they were awesome and addressed my pain swelling and cries for Jesus lol. I just want to thank all of them from the receptionist to the lab dude. Thank You so much. Dental pain is my worst pain it rotates from the trues site all over my whole jaw then the headaches come. You took expertise and helped me so smoothly I went home singing praises. Thank You so very much. I can go to work will energy and zeal. ~

GREAT SERVICE, EXCELLENT DOCTORS!! I couldn’t be happier. I felt so so comfortable throughout the visit and my doctors were incredibly patient and kind and understood my pain. I needed an emergency root canal and was really dreading my visit but they were awesome made me feel really at ease!! Highly recommend ◡̈
