Got invisalign and had two deep cleanings done, a couple fillings, etc. Over the course of a year and a half. Once I had ANY problems such as scheduling or questioned prices of procedures, I was immediately treated differently. I spent close to 9k here total. My appointments have either been canceled without my knowledge or tried to be moved back and hour the night before a couple of times. In order for me to go to an appointment for ANYTHING, I have to have a babysitter. So, last-minute appointment times moving isn't something I was capable of doing. Be aware that if you get invisalign that your first retainer is free (and pray that yours fits your final teeth placement) and that you HAVE to pay $500 for four of them. You can not purchase just one. You will also be given an at home whitening kit that is explained to you in a couple of minutes and sent on your way. You'd think they'd take more care of a patient who has spent so much money as a single mom in their business. I feel let down and not welcomed as a patient there. This has been one of the hardest years of my life, only to be made to feel unwelcome and unsatisfied with my final visit there. Hopefully, whoever is reading this will find a place that will make them feel more comfortable about such a huge transformation in their teeth.

Such a great experience considering that I had not been to a dentist in about 20 years. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Any questions I had they answered them. Will definitely be returning for all my dental needs.

The front desk was friendly from the moment I walked in. They took me back within 10 minutes. The dental assistant was very thorough with the x-rays. The hygienist was very pleasant and professional. Finally, the dentist was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The office is new and very clean. I think I found my new dental place!

My first visit was awkward because of a few things that I didn't have a clue about. I spoke with one of the staff members and got clarification and went back to get a clearer understanding and I could not be more pleased. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Aspen Dental for years to come. Izzy and Haylee and the nurse who did my intake x-rays and the doctor on duty that first day, are all awesome. I appreciate the fact that they made time to give me a clearer picture. My highest regard for that TEAM!

I have an incredibly deep fear of the dentist I haven't been in over 10 years and the staff there was so amazing. They didn't make me feel bad or gross and really encouraged me through the whole process. They explained everything they were doing as they went through the process and it really put my mind at ease. Dr. Samantha was incredible and so sweet. I can't remember the name of the tech who did my cleaning but WOW she's wonderful at what she does and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. AMAZING staff and amazing office I'm so glad I chose to come here. Thank you for making a heart racing experience peaceful for me.

From the front desk staff all the way to the dentist, Aspen Dental handled me with care and dignity. As a first time patient of Aspen, they walked me through every step of creating a treatment plan and got me into the dental chair within an hour of making initial contact with them. I look forward to working with them to get my dental concerns addressed the most effective and economic way possible.

Moving to another state not knowing your surroundings is a bit scary. However, finding a new dentist that we’ve been going to for the past 15 years is even more daunting. After 3 weeks of research, we settled on Aspen Dental (2800 S. Interstate, Austin TX) and made our first schedule visit.Prior to the first appointment, the staff made sure our insurance is in place and all paperwork completed to ensure no hiccups during our visit. Furthermore, the office manager aka receptionist made us feel welcome and gave us good information about Round Rock Texas. She spent approximately 15-20 minutes going over any concerns and answers all questions we had. After our visit, my wife was very happy with Dr. Melter and she’s looking forward to future visits and I am as well. Highly recommend this Aspen Dental location.

Aspen Dental was great! They were so helpful, I was in pain and my dentist couldn't see me for three more days!If I lived closer I would switch, but if you're looking for a new dentist you should try them out!

I went to Aspen Dental nervous, as I always am when going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. My hygienist, Barbara, was very friendly and she walked me through every step of the way. Dr. Melter has a wonderful bedside manner. He is understanding and informative. I could not have been happier with my visit. I’m actually looking forward to going back!

The generic response that is sent for complaints is Hilarious I had to add to this post . LOOK OVER EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY COST . LOOK OVER the itemized line by line before you sign and ask questions. You have a dental plan check with them first on what they pay for. The person over billing uses salesperson tactics I wonder is there some commission in the deal . The Dental Hygienist was excellent so patient with my adult son on the spectrum. Her name is Barbara she gets 10 stars. The Dental practice as a whole gets a zero. I went under the assumption they had a doctor a female I was told that could sedate my son to fill cavities. After he had his deep cleaning the person in billing said she gave me a call that the doctor could mot do it. I was charged $976 for a deep cleaning. I was told the deep cleaning was covered %80. Called my insurance it’s %100. I got electric tooth brush, antibiotic was mouth and toothpaste. Did not ask for it but was told I was charged for antibiotics that was put under gums not cover3d by insurance which was failed to be mentioned in initial visit. I’m told insurance is getting charged $2700 and I’m getting charged $976. The hygienist did a good job she could only use water pick as I mentioned son 9n spectrum tools could not be used. If I understood that this antibiotic was not covered I would not have had it done . He had already taken oral antibiotics which his insurance covered . The bill has not been sent to insurance but I let insurance know exactly what had been done . I did not like the deceptive trade practices of the office they have a salesperson approach . Dentist, Hygienist and Technicians excellent . Person responsible for billing that’s zero stars and I got itemization of codes from consultation. No itemized bill of wht at I paid $976 . DEFINITELY NOT GOUNG BACK. Looking fir another Dentist .

My recent appointment at Aspen Dental Clinic in Round Rock was a complete nightmare. From the start, they showed incompetence and poor customer service. Haley called to reschedule, and when I called back, Jordan transferred me to a rude lady. I don’t recall her name, I was so frustrated at that time the way she spoke to me. Despite confirming my appointment and taking time off work, they called last-minute for a reschedule. Their lack of ethics and disregard for patients' time is appalling. Horrible customer service, unprofessional staff, and overall disappointment.

New to this dental office and was very disappointed with the service I received. I was over charged for a service that I hadn’t received and spoke to the office manager s and still have not received my refund for and unjustified charge . I received a tooth filling on one of my tooth, 2 weeks later from another dental office due to getting a second opinion cause of all the pain I was still in after the tooth filling, I had to have a tooth extraction on that same tooth I received the filling from Aspen how was that missed. I am having a hard time getting refunded for monies that is owed back to me from Aspen. Make sure you get a receipt to see your charges and don’t put your trust in them like I did and feel greatly deceived.

I had a bad experience with this Aspen Dental branch. They charged me $96 out of pocket for an additional service which was not required, and despite having full coverage for the cleaning I needed.I'm no more their customer, and other clinics didn’t charge anything for cleaning for the dental same insurance.

Impossible to get on the phone, they seeming screen all their calls. Both times I've gone in I have had trouble with them not calling in the Rx, and then being unavailable by phone. Each time I ultimately had to select the option for making new appointments then ask them to contact the store for me.Today they pulled a tooth then never called in my Rx and ultimately went on lunch. Tooth pulled at 8am by 1pm it still wasn't called in, in blinding pain now.Staying ahead is the only way to manage pain, they have to know this.. and yet here I am with zero chance of staying ahead.I came in due to a week of intense pain and thus far all they have given me is more pain. Zero sense of urgency despite making it clear I was in serious pain.
