Elijah was the only person there and he spoke as soon as I came in and told me he would be with me soon. The person in front of me took a awhile. Through all of this Elijah was calm,nice, and helpful.

Walked in with two other people. Two people were there sitting at a table. Waited and never recognized as being there. Asked if one of the people at the table worked there. One replied yes. I replied that we were just seeking acknowledgment and asked if there was someone else available. Employee stated Manager was in back but busy. We three waited patiently. Eventually, employee stated that she was about to jump on a call that would probably last an hour. Again, it was stated that the Manager was too busy to come out and pick up slack.

Incompetent and liars...go to the ATT store on University instead. They are competent and honest. Save yourself the headache and time...avoid this location.

Stay away from this location. They are incompetent, will waste 3 hours of your time to tell you to come back tomorrow. Then when you come back the next day, they say they can't honor the deal from the day before. Complete and utter waste of time...incompetent and dishonest...no worse combination imo.

Elijah was great! I came in worried because my phone cellular service wasn't working. Turns out the physical SIM card had gone bad, so Elijah put my phone on an eSIM and now it's working great. He was a lifesaver.
