If you are a military vet trying to use their discount make sure the account is in your name and not your spouses. They didn't tell us that when we signed up and we have been trying to rectify their mistake for two months. They only told us a month ago after countless calls and chats that it needed to be in my husbands name all the while billing us more and more each month. They then said "We're sorry but you'll have to transfer bill responsibility to your husband and can only do that after 60 days" So we did, now they are charging my account the full amount and now my husband as well and are saying we aren't eligible for any discount until the next 2-3 billing cycles. They will do whatever they can to get as much money out of you as possible.

All the files were not transferred into new phone for Louis Repa. We are not computer techs and don't know how to navigate all of the required check in policies .

Cam helped me he asked me questions on why do you need the mobile hotspot. Because I plan to do x, y, and z. Then offered a better solution on the spot. The person who greeted me was also very helpful but I forgot his name.

Cam and his team lead took such great care of me and helped me with changing my phone and even gave tips on how to maximize my internet and get the most savings! They were awesome, polite, and very informative to explain any questions i had. I will definitely be going back for all my phone plans needs thank you guys!

I wish I could give 0 stars a waste of time going in. If you go online, you'll find better deals, and you won't have to deal with these idiots. I had a scheduled appointment twice and still had to wait at least 30 minutes each time. The staff was incompetent, and I caught them in multiple lies while talking to them.
Save yourself and go anywhere else!

Yesterday I visited 3 AT&T stores looking for help and advice to resolve a particular situation with my account. I left the first two stores very disappointed by their terrible service, I even thought about changing companies. I decided to give it one last chance and went to another store, from the moment we entered the store we were welcomed, then FRED attended us, he is magnificent, interacted with us in a very friendly way and sought to give us a positive solution to our problem, he is an expert in attention and customer service, they even sold me internet service for my home, which I didn't have. The manager also made sure that we were well taken care of and that our problem was resolved. That is definitely the reason why I have been a customer since 2020 and I will continue to be and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you very much for your attention and for more FRED in all AT&T stores

1. I bought tablet by att online around over1years ago, and at that time I returned it next day immediately and at&t responded refund my money. But no refund untill now even many time they promise refund money. But finally at&t said we can't refund, Like a cheating.
2. I didn't purchase phone and number, At&t charges the additional number and device value created by mistake every month without my knowledge for over a year and does not provide a refund.
3. That area ATT Store dealers best one. She did it best for me.

I am beyond grateful for this location. I've been to 3 different locations over the past month. Sebastián was extremely helpful and efficient. He held great conversation while simultaneously fixing the issue with my phone. If you have an issue I would go to this location first. There were a ton of smiles in the building and did not hear one complaint. 10 out 10 will come again.
