Stefanie is an awesome person and was a great help. I have been to this store many times and I can tell you they are not all as helpful as she is. She resolved my issue which is really an issue with corporate customer verification. So can’t give them 5 stars. They ask you to answer questions that literally do not apply to you. Eg. Question one asked which corporation I was associated with and the answer was none and question 2 asked what school I graduated from. Option was txstate (my son alma mater) and a bunch of no name schools. got both wrong since I answered them correctly and the fraud department denied my account change even though I had 2 forms of ID and explained those questions did not apply. So i was flagged and the fraud person on the phone had the nerve to tell me that I need to keep up with my credit report. SMH

My husband and I were sold a lie! I was on vacation when my phone started acting up. I went to the store to get help. Frankie was nice and worked hard for his commission. I was told that I had 30 days to turn in my phone in any condition and that I would get $800 for my phone. Him and another employee even looked up the deal to verify that they were telling me the correct information. He told me to take the phone home to try and get any other information off if the phone that I could. Now I am home and tried to turn in the phone and am being told I can't do that because they are unable to wipe the phone clean.I am very disappointed! Frankie and the supervisor should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people.

Prob won’t fly for a while the 2hour delay for a coffee pot leak sitting on an hot tarmac getting sick cause of heat and not even an voucher for getting sick no then the return flight ✈️ had to be at the airport at 5 flight left at 7 something it was cancelled got an 11 dollar voucher for food but I got sent from Austin to Dallas to Lexington I could have drove the amount of time I was at airport 14 hours that’s drive time uuhhhggg and I loved A.A. For ever not now very disappointing

Should be -5. Simple feedback. I guess, they won't pay enough to the customer service after charging a lot on us. That's the reason we are having such horrible experiences. It takes at least 30 minutes to explain the problem to the representative and it takes forever for them to provide a resolution. The only possible problem could be the reps are not that interested in their work and try to answer very slowly. We ask them a question and they explain something else.

Worst experience. One being lied to about the amount you agree to pay a month, next selling you a phone that's locked in their network but can't unlock it for another provider because their system doesn't see it as a att phone (phone is paid off and past the 60 days wait). Then can't help you any way in store and make you call their customer support just so they can lie to you and pinch off as much money as they can from you. If your needing phone service or a new phone go somewhere else like tmobile. The only good thing att can do for you is internet.

Went in to return a phone asked for help and the hispanic guy with glasses who was sitting closest to the door would not help me or I as it is her return phone. Literally just hand the box..He said you all were closed and refused to helped though there were other people in the store and employees - we just needed help erasing the content had the box and shipping information.He told me “ to figure it out myself!” NOW THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL!!!Definitely will not be an AT&T customer!

That was an awesome and super assistance from Nya, store manager, who helped me out the unlocked cellphone issue. I've been dealed with the cellphone unlocked issue for 3+ weeks after I paid off my cellphone 2 months ago. The AT&T system kept me in the unlocked T/S loop from either online chat or non-corporate AT&T store. No help at all, and i've prepared to give up the AT&T service in the future. Thankfully, Nya was there and called the AT&T tech service directly to fix this most annoying issue. She was superb and wanted to give her a thumb up!!
