Terrible customer service. Waited there for an entire hour wanting to return a phone and accessories only to be told that I couldn’t do it in store, even though the app told me I could do a return anywhere. The two lady’s working were absolutely terrible. I’ve never dealt with such smarmy and arrogant people in my life. I’ll be disconnecting my service asap. When employees shrug shoulders, that’s a guarantee to lose business. I’m done.

I was very impressed with the service that the manager Jonathan provided until I came back to trade in my phone. At the initial visit he quoted 700.00 for the trade in of my phone. When I returned the Jessica was working and stated she could only provide me with 395.00 for the trade in. I asked that she contact Jonathan since what she was telling me was different. She called Jonathan and he stated he was mistaken even though on May 10th I spent about an hour with him and gave him all the information he requested . This seams like a bait and switch. I was going to have my mother come in and get a new phone however I cannot trust that any information I receive is correct. Jonathan gave me other details but now I will go back and verify what I was told.
In addition when I came back to trade the phone there was a note on the door saying “2:15 will be back in 5mins”. I arrived at 2:36 and the door was locked and nobody was in the store. The employee-Jessica showed up at 2:40 with a Chipotle bag in her hand.
I purposely selected this location because I’ve had good experiences in the past. Now I cannot trust that the employees at this store know what they are doing and will not be utilizing their services anymore.

I have never had such an unpleasant experience in other Att stores, here they don't even know what they do, no one, not even the one who is supposedly the manager knows anything about technology I don't know why she is in that position without knowing what she is doing ???????

Just had the best, easiest interaction with an AT&T representative at this store over the phone while ordering a smartwatch. So incredibly helpful and straightforward. I very much appreciated their help and will visit again if necessary!

I was trying to buy a Sonim XP3 Plus flip phone from the AT&T website or in store. I have an existing AT&T prepaid plan and simply wanted to buy the phone to upgrade my device. The store manager told me they cannot sell phones without plans included. The phone I want is offered by AT&T and is not readily available anywhere else. How can I buy this without switching plans?

From the time I became a customer at AT & T I'VE HAD HUG PROBLEMS, BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY IT'S THE NON-EMPLOYEES WHO SCREWED UP MY PLAN FROM THE GO, I WENT TO TARGET AND A YOUNG GIRL GOT ME STARTED, BUT SHE DIDN'T KNOW EVERYTHING THAT YOU EMPLOYEES KNOW, AND THAT'S WHERE ALL THE PROBLEMS STARTED, NOT YOUR REAL WORKERS, SO I SAY YOUR REAL WORKERS FOR AT&T SHOULD ONLY BE THE ONE'S REALLY SELLING & PROMOTING AT&T ONLY, I'M A STATE WORKER AND I AM SUPPOSE TO GET A HUGE DISCOUNT WHERE I WORK, BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE & IT'S THE REASON MY PHONE BILL IS SO EXPENSIVE, NOW I I WANT TO KNOW AS AN CUSTOMER HOW CAN AT&T MAKE IT RIGHT FOR ME, I WAS CONTEMPLATING ON LEAVING.......

I came by the store to activate my Samsung S23 and was cheerfully greeted and helped, and when I came back for more help and understanding about how to use the phone, she was more than willing to help me again! !
