I would like to take a moment to publicly acknowledge the outstanding service provided by AT&T at 210 University Blvd, Suite 170, Round Rock, TX 78665.
On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the end of the day, my wife and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cierra, whose exceptional customer service truly stood out.
Cierra demonstrated an in-depth understanding of AT&T’s products, promptly answering all our questions with clarity and precision. She provided detailed explanations of the differences between AT&T plans, which significantly streamlined the process for both us and her.
Her expertise extended beyond just service plans—she also exhibited impressive knowledge of various phone models and manufacturers, helping us understand their key differences. This information was invaluable in guiding our decision.
Beyond her technical expertise, Cierra was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient. Her professionalism and dedication made our experience seamless and enjoyable.
My wife and I are extremely satisfied and grateful for the outstanding support we received. Thank you, Cierra, for your excellent service!

We have all been going to AT&T stores for as long as we can remember. We were having a company meeting. Randomly we all found out that we all use not just the same AT&T store but we all love dealing with Saul at this location. If we really have an urgent problem he is always there for us. I have dealt with multiple people from this location and they are all VERY knowledgeable and VERY professional. Our phones and internet are the life lines to our business. This location has taken away so much stress from us for so long. We really appreciate this team for always having such great attitudes and handling just about anything we throw at them. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your help over the years.

Their store phone line didn't work for days, and after spending more than 3 hours in 3 visits at the store, they still couldn't sign me up for service because their internet kept timing-out. After shopping next door at HEB, a Spectrum rep caught me on the way out and sold me on their service. Spectrum has higher internet speeds, is about $100 less for similar TV, and, unlike ATT, has NO contract or early cancelation fee. I feel bad for the nice and apologetic employees trying to sell internet service that doesn't even work at their store. Also, a phone company whose phone service won't work for days must put a crimp in their sales... I hope.

Saul at this location has been fantastic at helping me correct errors with our account made at another location. He could have sent me back to them since they started it but instead he chose to help. Our issue took several visits also and he was always so welcoming and kind.

Super helpful & very knowledgeable! We ordered our phones at the AT&T kiosk at Costco, and when they arrived, this location helped us activate them and made sure our plan was the one we wanted!

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T off university. My sales representative was Shahzaib. He provided the best and most informative experience I've ever received from any AT&T experience. I've been an AT&T customer since 2011 and this was by far the best experience! 5 starts for amazing customer service.
