Great experience, from booking over the phone to each driver involved. My move was extremely stressful for outside reasons, so it was comforting to have such friendly support from Mi Box. My belongings all made it in perfect shape. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Seamless communication with Brian.
He accommodated the drop off time and next day pick up within timelines needed for my home closing. Also, the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I've used this company twice and both times I was extremely satisfied. They delivered and picked up the box when I requested. The prices aren't bad either. If needed I will most definitely use them again.

These guys know how to take care of you. I have used them twice and both times they were right on time with delivery and pickup. Units were very nice, clean, and easy to lock up. Don't hesitate to call them for your storage needs.

Great personal service. I had a very narrow spot to put the unit during my renovation, after describing my difficult situation, Jay, the owner, came out himself to place the pod without any damage to my home or fence. Great clean and leak proof unit. I have referred him to many friends since my initial rental. Will definitely continue to use them.

I should have noticed that the so-called reviews (that he wrote for himself) were beyond 6 months with 3 plus years of reviews.I do not recommend Jay. He is a talker, a man who is overwhelmed, for he is a side job one of many. Unprofessional, all over the place. He promised to be punctual and did not arrive as promised. Truly unprofessional. Refused accountability. Very bad experience.

I am new in town and needed somethings stored for a short while. Called this place a Jay who said clearly and loudly he was the owner and gave a lot of talks and convincing that he was the best. Everything in a hurry sounded very overwhelming. Blamed his kids, the system not working he was all over the place. Very untrusting feeling. When I refused to continue he exploded, insulted me for wasting his time, rude and offensive. Not a straight-headed man. Truly sounds like he is not able to make ends meet.

Ruined my moving plans. Unreliable arrived an hour late my people had other commitments. Jay took no accountability. He repeatedly said he was the owner and did not care. What an embarrassment of a so called business. Reported to the BBB.

I was so happy MiBox has smaller storage pods. The 8 foot I rented while I worked on our family room was perfect and didn’t take up too much room in our driveway. The drivers, when delivering and picking up, were careful with the trees along the drive, which I appreciated, too. I compared across several storage pod companies and MiBox had the best value for us. If needed, I’d definitely use them again.

I rented from MI-BOX because they rented a larger box than other providers for about the same cost. Another reason I picked this container was the smooth interior walls and tie-down locations.
I rented the box for 5 months, so I could move out for a home remodel. They charged me for the sixth month and after about 7 days I called them to pick up the box. They prorated the remainder of the 6th month and refunded my credit card. How great is that!
After the box was picked up, I was initially charged $110 for floorboard replacement, due to some discoloration on the floor. They suggested that something I stored had leaked onto the floor. I let them know that I had not stored any liquids in the container and there was a discolored spot on the floor when I received the container. It actually looked like some oily residue to me. They managed this issue professionally and reversed the charge on my credit card. Thank you MI-BOX Austin. I really appreciate the professionalism.

Strong and clean storage container. Delivery and pickup were easy to schedule and the drivers were very skillful in placing and retrieving the container. Having the container on site was convenient when we needed to retrieve something. While that convenience came with higher cost than a storeroom, multiple trips to a storeroom would have consumed time and money, so probably a reasonable price. All in all, we are glad we used MiBox, and would do so again.
