We had a shaky start and some issues after giving a 1 star review. I do not normally change my reviews especially after the response he gave to my first review . After meeting and talking with Tracy I do feel Tracy is a great person and went above and beyond to help with the issue I had. Unprofessionalism, Rude Attitude, and lack of accountability fromI hope the owner reads this. I had a really bad experience here. Autocrafters initially promised that my car would be ready in 2-3 weeks, aligning with my rental policy date, so I chose them. However, even after returning the rental car, it's been over 3 weeks, and they were keep making excuses over the phone every day – saying the mold is wrong, the window needs reordering, or the part is incorrect, claiming it will be done tomorrow. They have not returned my car, forcing me to rely on Uber or friend's ride due to their mistake. When I ask for compensation, they insist it's not their fault and claim it's unavoidable.Manager Tracy was unhelpful and even got angry, saying that we're all in the same boat. It made me extremely upset, and tears welled up, but I endured it because I needed my car back. After waiting for 6-7 weeks, I finally got my car back, but it had so many scratches. My car is a brand new 2023 model. Before leaving my car, I confirmed through photos that there were no scratches. When I asked Manager Tracy if there were photos taken when my car arrived, he was claiming the image quality was poor. When I asked him to show me detailed photos from his phone, he loudly exclaimed, 'My phone? No!' displaying an attitude of ignoring the customer, questioning how he would handle scrutinizing each scratch. This dismissive behavior added to the overall negative experience and showcased unprofessionalism. Ignoring my questions, he walked away while I was talking. Is this racial discrimination, or is it just rudeness? I was angry but endured it to get my car fixed.Counter staff, Sam, took over and resolved the issue. Comparing photos, she confirmed the scratches were caused by the shop. Although she helped remove the scratches, they didn't clean the glue marks. I reluctantly accepted this, even though I was upset. While mistakes can happen, the staff's attitude and handling made me feel very unpleasant. I will not be returning to here, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their automotive needs. A business that fails to acknowledge and rectify its mistakes does not deserve the trust of its customers.

They bugged me by phone until he got the job then nothing from him. He says he’s going to call me half way through the job never does. I ask him for a printed estimate and he says he will email it And never does. While on the phone with him he says he’s sending the email this is on Saturday and I don’t get it until Wednesday when I threatened to go pick up my car. A month later he calls and say my car is ready we head over at10am and he says it needs a car wash. We spent the better part of the day waiting for the car in corpus. Until 5 pm he calls when we are home and not in town. He and his secretary say he will be at the shop from 7am -11 am and he messages me the car was ready for pick up. We show up and no one is there. We call and call and no answer. I finally send him a professional message about unprofessionalism on his part and we have built our day and morning around the hours he said he’d be there. We set an appt for the window to be replaced with another company And we would have to reschedule that as well. He finally calls. We wait in the parking lot for an hour for him to show. He could have mentioned what time he would leave the shop. Do what you say your going to do. I don’t expect anything from anyone I wouldn’t do myself. The work was fine. It was the front end work that was not professional. Never once did he call me after the initial giving him the job call. He contacted my bf and I was the owner of the car.Services: Painting

AutoCrafters fixed my Acura RDX from a horrible frontal collision and made it look like brand new. Buddy in the shop is awesome and goes above and beyond in every possible way. I cannot explain how great full I am to have someone like him to work on my car and will highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks a lot Buddy. You are awesome.

Ladies and gentlemen, this repair shop is the best I’ve been. I needed some work done on my Camaro and they worked with my schedule, which is very crazy at times. We spoke of looking at it would take the previous day, and I showed up to have them take care of it right then and there. I’ve been to many shops to speak to them about doing some work on my vehicle. I never got the respect for my car like I received here. Thanks to Autocrafters, I am able to clean her up for a showing in Dallas on Saturday. I will be back for the after market body kit swap. Got my car fixed here after the collision. They are very responsive. And Buddy is so kind and helpful. He even helped me fix some issue with my car one month after the collision repair without taking any money. That's the quality of service you get here. Look nowhere else! Autocrafters is the best!!

Horrible customer service by "Buddy". I called looking for help with repairing my veichle. He said he'd call back on multiple conversations. Each time I had to call back after emailing him the info he wanted. Until lastly, he won't answer even answer the phone. Big disappointment and even worse customer service.

BEWARE! BEWARE!!DON'T BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!Would give Zero stars if it were an option. BAD SERVICE AND OWNERS, BAD BODY AND PAINT WORK. TO SUM IT UP THIS PLACE HAS A ZERO POINT OF REFERENCE AS TO WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND WHAT QUALITY WORK LOOKS LIKE.THE GUY THAT SAYS HE'S IN CHARGE "TERRY".HE MUST'VE JUST STARTED IN THIS INDUSTRY YESTERDAY!. NO SKILLS OR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT QUALITY IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION.

Although the guys here were very nice my car took forever to get done. I had to call and follow up and get my own updates and I wasn't very impressed with the final condition of the car. Part of my molding is missing and I just didn't even want to contact them to address it based on my experience with them . I can't say I would take another vehicle back here or recommend them to anyone . Mom and pop places are usually my go too but going forward I would rather just take it caliber .

I found Autocrafters in Round Rock, TX after an accident on I35; I was looking for a collision repair location that could get my vehicle in for repair within the month. An endeavor not even my insurance company or the other insured’s insurance company could provide.Even before I met the owner personally, Chris was making calls concerning my desire to pursue the ‘at fault’ insured’s insurance for liability. Even as I chased this guy for accountability and was about to give up they never stopped reaching out to help me.Autocrafters is a family owned and operated company that exceeded my every expectation for not only service, but also friendliness and compassion. This man treated me like I was his family in every sense of the word. His daughter gave me a ride home and the service adviser at the front desk was genuine and caring.This may seem like an anomaly in today’s landscape of service degeneration, and it is! I was fortunate to find reason to believe in what I thought was long eroded; humanity at its finest at a time personal distress.
