Scammers. When for an oil change and inspection and they tried to say a bunch of stuff was wrong with my car . Just changed my brakes and said I needed all new brakes ; said my back head light was out and it was not, showed me a fake ac filter and said I needed a new one, the ac filter was swapped out a couple weeks ago , and a bunch of other stuff. Don’t go here they just want your money , they have no integrity and or morals.

Walked in looking for a particular tool. Ask the manager before he picked up the phone if they had it. Answers the phone. And then as I walk away and say well, I guess you don’t have it he replies yeah we have one. I’ll be with you in a minute. So I sit back wait patiently Until I’m. The lady there is unsure if they have the tool that I need. Tell her that the manager just said that they do and she was like yeah he would be the best person to ask. Once he gets off the phone then he goes and does another order walking away Without helping with the situation. I’ve been going to AutoZone my entire life. My grandfather worked at AutoZone for about 20 years. I have always been an AutoZone customer. But over the past year, AutoZone’s customer service and part accessibility has gone out the window they have become the worst I believe in the business. Very sad to say this.

Jacob, Ezekiel & Connor help me when o'rielys didn't.
Went to o'rielys to get my starter checked & they said it was good.
When I questioned there diagnosis they got mad because I asked some questions. O'Reilly employees just didn't want to help at all.
Came to autozone and the customer service ... night and day.
They help me out with my issue & guess what... it was the starter.
Thank you again Jacob Ezekiel and Connor.

Justin and Jonathan were a blessing to me today!!! I was searching for an item to reinforce an issue going on with my car. I didn’t have a clue about what I should do but they had a solution. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay before I left. They are awesome!

Came in and Bought some products for my truck. Was having a issue with my keys setting off the alarm all the time and told a Employee there about the issue in passing. Justin took apart my keys and took the initiative to fix the issue. Great help and customer service on his part. I've been to multiple autozone locations throughout the years and rarely have good things to say about the employees and there knowledge and assistance. Thank you Justin! You've gone the extra mile in my books!

I don’t typically write second reviews of any business, but a gentleman by the name of Rayco left a lasting impression. He took a good half hour out of his day to explain to me the intricacies of changing brake pads, lubing the pins, etc. Rayco is the man, and this AutoZone is the spot!

Lil and Justin were very helpful! We came in last minute and were having a ton of trouble with getting a headlight replaced, but they both helped us to get it back in even though they were off the clock. We appreciate y'all immensely!!
