Jon the manager swapped in my new battery himself and was very kind and knowledgeable. He went to a lot of trouble because one of the terminals was completely stuck, but he kept at it and even answered my questions about other issues with my car while he was working.

I hardly write a review of a store if the subject is customer experience and not about the product, but when I say I've never been treated with such disrespect by an attendent. To start I placed the order afterhours so i made sure to give enough time for then store to open and give the workers ample time to view my order. Well 11 o'clock came around so I decided to politely ask if they had received my order. The tall bald gentlemen that was working the register ( sorry don't know his name we can just call him D.Head for short )proceeds to go look in back. I can hear him searching for a while which is fine, they probly hadn't seen my order. He walks back up front to tell me that they don't have the item I ordered, which isn't the first time but I'm still not upset, until for some odd reason he decides to say that he tried calling me early in the morning to tell me this but I didn't answer my phone. I open my phone for miss calls and there isn't a single one. Why he chose to lie I'll never know I was ready to walk out and try another store before this. Instead before I ask him to cancel order he's already doing it so I ask for the receipt showing me the cancellation and he proceeds to tell me no there isn't a receipt never once looking at me or even apologizing and the way he spoke to me as if it mattered not a bit to him and he just wanted to get rid of me. I'll never step foot in this store with Mr. D. Head there

One of the women at this Auto Zone went above and beyond to help my mom with a flat tire in nearly 100° heat. My mom is 80 years old with health issues and requires portable oxygen. I am so appreciative to this employee and to Auto Zone. If you're ever in doubt, there is good in this world and that employee is one example.

I ordered a tail light for my trailer at the store in roundrock of university. It was supposed to be transferred in from georgtown and they would call me the following day when it arrived. No phone call Sunday or Monday. So Monday evening I when back to the store, they couldn't find anything for me. They called George Town and they have it waiting for me.I explained to the manager on duty, the gentleman that was here Saturday said "if I paid for it now he'd have it transferred in from georgtown."They manager on duty advised me they only transfer from the store on 79.... I said that's great but I was told if I paid it would be teansfered here. That's when the manager completely stopped making any eye contact and just froze staring off in to space for minutes. Most bizarre retail interaction I've ever had. I ask is there a manager I can speak with? He shook his head no.I don't want to drive to georgtown.....nothing....I asked again " so your saying to bad, I have to go to georgtown? He nodded while still stairing in to space. I left, still no tail light ?

Recently I purchased a simple A/C refresh fogger kit from this location for around 10 bucks. Unfortunately the unit I purchased malfunctioned and the button that locked the mechanism in the “on” position and allowed it to continue releasing the spray inside the car after closing the doors was not working. This forced me to have to manually hold the fogger inside the car with an extended arm while it ran and defeated the purpose of this device considering the doors need to be closed for 10 minutes while it runs for this spray to circulate through the AC system.Since this Autozone location is just down the street from my house I thought I would ask to switch out the malfunctioning unit with a replacement.Not only did the manager there not even entertain the idea of switching the unit out for a working one, he instead implied that I was lying and that the unit worked just fine. He even held up the unit to my nose and asked me to smell that the fogger had indeed released its contents (not what I was arguing) and that they couldn’t exchange the device for a new one since there “wasn’t anything wrong with it”Long story short I’ve learned my lesson and will buy similar items from Amazon moving forward where they wouldn’t hesitate to replace a malfunctioning item.Hope the $10 this store saved here was worth losing a long time customer and future business.

I had a wonderful experience with the crew at this location today. Manager Jon greeted me immediately and was very helpful in helping to work out the problem I was having. He lent me a whole tray of tools to remove my battery, and when I was buying the replacement, he came from across the store to note that my battery was probably under warranty, saving me the cost of a new battery. I can't say enough positive about my experience with the staff in this location.

Our battery was out and called this Autozone 6/11 at 9 am . The guy that answered failed to at least help us . His answers was “it all depends “Finally got to the store, the lady was helpful, they just give us the battery and some tools meaning here go do it, without even lifting a hand to help us just saw him out the glass door looking at us changing the battery at the heat outside. Is this the norm at Autozone? They need to better their service in this location., if we have other choice this time we will not come to this place.

Poor experience.I wasn't sure how to pick out wipers and the employee grabbed a few and said "I got you" he directed me to the register, with out explaining what "I got you" meant. I asked him why these blades and he kept saying "I got you" even the lady employee next to him kept asking "which blades is she getting", and he would not answer.I told them I'm gonna bring some one to help me. but honestly I'm just gonna buy from Amazon.I came here for help on how to pick out blads, but left more confused.

Went there for some oil. Had what I needed. Been to this location a few times. The staff is always helpful and when they get busy the line mover pretty fast. They are fully engaged

I needed to get some brake fluid my brake light was blinking the gentleman behind the counter helped me get the right brake fluid and even put it in my car for me excellent service

Patrick was awesome! Super good customer service. He checked my battery and gave me great advice. He also checked my alternator. Thanks to this customer service I bought a battery and will continue to be a loyal customer!
