Outstanding service! They replaced my faulty battery—originally purchased 2.5 years ago—completely free of charge. I truly appreciate their honesty and commitment to standing behind their products. I’ll definitely return to AutoZone for any future car battery needs. As consumers, it’s important that we recognize and support businesses that operate with integrity.

Few weeks ago while I was out of town my daughter had some car problems. I told her to take it to the store and have a alternator and battery test done. They determined it was a bad battery, instead of just trying to sell a battery to my daughter , they checked and noticed that it had warranty at Walmart and told my daughter to get a free battery under warranty. Thanks for your honesty! Unfortunelaty my daughter can't remember the name of the employee that help her.
I am a regular customer there and even though the store manager can be cocky(can't remember her name). The rest of the staff makes up for it.

I've given Auto Zone a lot of business over the past month because I am fixing up an older vehicle that was passed down to me. I walked in needing to return headlight bulbs that didn't work and was treated very rudely by the older gentleman working there. He was very combative with me and couldn't even look me in the eye. Luckily the manager was cool and stepped in to accept my return, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. I was planning on buying some other things while I was in there, but I wanted to get out of there so bad I went to O'Reilly's.
It looks like I'm not the first to complain about this gentleman. Maybe you don't belong in retail if you have a bad attitude. Just one rude employee can ruin an entire experience for the customer.

I returned a spray that was used. I told the person at the checkout that I had chosen the wrong color and that it was used. He told me that he couldn't do anything and he also kept my other spray.
They stole 25 dollars from me but it's okay to keep the change.

Always helpful and friendly. I think most Auto Parts places have pretty much the same Quality Parts and competitive prices so it really comes down to a friendly staff and this store nails it.

Young worker tried me today I'd be very careful he was unscrewing other bolts off to replace the ones he drop and lost in my engine and then lie in my face that he had found them He was offering to help change my new battery

Place sells flat battery's that sit around and go bad.They refuse to refund because its been installed.Make sure they check the charge on battery before you buy.

It would be great if they could take down old advertisements in the store. I just tried buying an oil/filter/cabin filter combo they had posted in the store and when I got to the register it wouldn't work.
Well we figure out it is because the posted ad expired TWO WEEKS AGO (today is october 7th, it expired on september 23rd) and instead of honoring their posted deal they offered me sub par options that they are currently offering.
Kinda pathetic it takes two weeks and a customer to find old sales that are still posted in store.
