Service was atrocious. Waited to speak with someone at the firearms counter for 10 minutes and watched 5 people help the same patron for the entire duration. 4 of them were doing absolutely nothing. I was buying a magazine and some ammunition. Had them in my hand. They made eye contact and refused to acknowledge me and one other customer the whole time. I walked out and will be taking my business elsewhere. Been shopping at bass pro and cabelas since I was a kid and this has to be the worst experience I’ve had in one. Never coming back to this location. Terrible service.

Very difficult to shop. Thought I was at a Mexico Cruise Port.
We were being panhandled like crazy. 5 times in less than 20 minutes.
Want a free cap sure…
Want to go to Las Vegas sure…
Fill this out first …NO… just let me shop…
Bass Pro… You got no money from me today and not real sure I will be back.
Do better… put all your gem mics at the service deck. Pay your staff to serve the customers.

After posting my initial review, I was contacted by the team to clarify the situation. Upon discussing the matter, I realized there was a small misunderstanding. I truly appreciate how the staff handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy, particularly Gerald and Brad. They listened attentively and took the time to ensure that my concerns were addressed in a respectful and timely manner. I would like to commend them for their excellent customer service and the willingness to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I now have a much more positive view of the fishing section, and I thank the team for their understanding and help

Horrible experience w the Manager Jarod. No common sense of good costumer service. He should not be a manager, I’d consider him privileged, he should treat anyone equally. My brother in law purchased a AR15 3 WEEKS AGO. Bass pro called him 2 times, different days for pick up & completely wasted his time. When he noticed I wasn’t too happy he started being sarcastic. I understand they’re laws we need to follow but just need to respect everyone & treat everyone equally.
