The black lady that greeted me and my friend on Saturday truly made my day, I even asked for a hug from her because her charisma and welcoming made me feel special and valued as a customer that day ❤️❤️

It was super busy before Christmas and they had what seemed like all hands on deck. There were so many employees willing to help out. Check out was quicker than I thought it would be. I’d definitely return to this location.

The staff were very welcoming. I tried locating a scent I had back in 2014, and the staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My child was very happy with the selection of colognes and made a purchase they were happy with.

Today, I went to the Bath & Body at La Frontier in Round Rock to exchange an item I had ordered online. The girls were so friendly and kind. It was a marvelous experience. I will be coming back to this store. Thanks!
