Buy a battery, get it home (an hour away) it is dead. Charge it up thinking the store did not charge. Go out for motorcycle ride, stop to eat lunch and have to jump start due to battery dead. Take to the store and explain. Person behind counter says I will have to leave since it is dead so they can test it. I explain again that is the problem, nope have to leave it since it will not be done on this day (mind you it is only 4:00) Explain again that I live one hour away. Person just looks at me like deer in headlights. I get nothing saying I have left my battery with them. Drive home and almost home they call and say battery is bad they will replace it. I tell him again I already knew it was bad, but now I am almost home and have to make another trip on another day. Short version, poor customer service and poor battery. I should have gone to Autozone or even Wal-Mart and got better.

Came to get my phone repaired and the ribbon cable was the only issue but they tried to charge me 600 just for the repair and 2 hour work found a cable online for $50. The service charge should only be less then 100 MAX. Feels like a scam.

Great experience. I had ordered an MC battery online to pick up. When I went to pick it up, I brought the old battery, and the staff immediately noticed that the new battery was different. So, they immediately corrected it, and I got myself the right one and even saved some money on it.

It was super easy to order my car battery online, and thanks to a coupon code advertised on the website, it was the most affordable option when compared to local auto parts store. The store associate was very friendly and professional and installed my battery in a jiffy!

The store has a phobia regarding diesels and installing their top-of-the-line batteries on them. Decided to try them for the first time and selected the web available feature to have an installation done. I got a call back shortly and said that it's an error on the website ... The associate stated they don't do installs on diesels. 👎

Don’t waste your time bringing your phone here they’ll either refuse or make up an excuse to fix your phone. These people clearly aren’t knowledgeable.
