Please never have any business with this freaking bank, they will close your account without any justification simply saying it's fraud, if you are so good at detecting fraud why don't you go detecting the voter fraud lol!!!

I'm the primary on a truck loan with Truist Bank. It's my son's truck and he's responsible for making payments. He made the first ever payment in Sept, 2024. The following month, he was in Asheville, NC working as a lineman to restore power to areas affected by hurricane Helene. While there, he made a manual payment a day before the due date not realizing Truist would process an automated payment the next day. The first payment processed fine, however, the second payment was returned NSF. As a result, Truist charged him $30. I spoke to several people at the bank and requested they rescind the fee, however, all declined. Why they processed the automatic payment after he paid manually isn't clear.

Horrible service. If you call them gets transferred to India or some other country and you cannot understand them because there english is terrible

That is the most thieving bank. They will open an account for you, then they close it and you never see your money and they tell you that another bank reported you. It is the worst bank. I do not recommend it to anyone. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I went into the branch one afternoon with a problem with my account.Veronica Aguilar greeded me, we sat down and she went to work. She admitted she may not be able to help. She tried so many .different things. When she couldn't figure it out, she went to her manager. He came out, listened and confirmed it was a scenario that their positions can't do. We then went to his office. Veronica didn't give up. Her customer service was incredible.

I was the only person in the branch and I had to wait 30 minutes (not an exaggeration I counted) for him to talk to me. Instead of helping me he made phone calls and had conversations with a former employee that decided to walk in and start talking to the staff. It took 5 minutes to fix my issue and I was in the bank for close to an hour for no reason

Their mobile app is not reliable. It will allow you to setup a 2nd bank on it, but if you use it to pay your Truist credit card, it simply does not work. And, it doesn’t TELL YOU it didn’t work. Then a few days later, surprise !
There’s a $38 late fee. dislike it intensely.
the people that work the phones do not know what they’re doing. Do not go with Truist.

Gabriel Melendez is THE MAN! Was extremely supportive in a complex banking situation that has allowed us to close on our new home when that was in doubt. Highly reccomend this location, very strong leadership who get things done.
