They literally have one employee working the inside and the drive thru everytime I come here. It’s terrible!! There were no cars in the drive thru. I was the only one. I waited almost 10mins just to be acknowledged. Then after I stated what I needed. She said “ok I have some customers ahead of you” but I was the only car outside. You can see she went back to take care of customers inside. PNC does this make any sense at all? What’s the point of the drive thru then? 20 mins during slow time to get a couple temporary checks. Unbelievable!!

Will no longer accept checks from BBVA customers. BBVA charges me $10 per check to cash checks from their members because I do not have an account with them. I took these checks in good faith from BBVA customers and feel cheated by BBVA. Terrible that I can not get my money the honest way. BBVA SHOULD NOT CHARGE ME $10 PER CHECK TO CASH A CHECK FROM THEIR MEMBERS.

Closed as of 8/3 so go through the drive thru while no one greets you. I called to see where the associates were after waiting several minutes. Her reply was there’s only 2, 1 is on a call for the next 2 hours and I’m right here which is a lie bc I was looking through the window! Lazy! Since When does a bank only have 2 associates?!

I don't ussually leave reviews but I just want to say how amazing this location is. I've been on hold with every location in round rock (3 of them) trying to get my credit card figured out. This is the only location that cared and the lady (Isabella I believe) I spoke to took down my number and said she will call all locations and try her best to figure out what is happening. Great customer service and clearly this location has spectacular employees.

I do not have much of a positive comment about the bank as a whole, but I will say that the branch manager, Monica, quickly took care of a sticky situation when the ATM ate my $900 deposit. Thank you!

Get treated like dirt if you go there to cash a payroll check written on one of their accounts. Good times.
