Jorge assisted me the entire way through and was an absolute pleasure to work with. After shopping around for a storage unit for the better part of a day, I was unable to get through directly to any of the locations until I called this one. It is impossible to believe in customer service if you can’t talk to a person. I’d say Jorge was the bar!
The facility is also super nice, clean, modern, and best of all, safe! I feel good knowing my belongings will be here

Decent storage location right of off I-35 in Round Rock. Included wine storage is nice. Hallways and room were hot, but that could have been just a maintenance issue.

Jorge M. was incredibly helpful! I came in earlier in the day with a ton of questions, and he answered every single one even taking the time to show me the size of the unit I was looking at compared to the one I previously had. I know nothing about measurements, so that was a huge help. Later, when my husband and I came back to get the bigger unit, Jorge was just as helpful and even shared a few laughs with us. The whole process was smooth, and the customer service was amazing! Highly recommend!

We came unprepared as far as paperwork is concerned. The manager Jorge was very helpful and had us unloading our stuff very quickly. The facility is very clean, climate controlled and has the best ever locking system on the storage units.

Five stars aren’t enough for Jorge at Bee Safe Storage in Round Rock.
Jorge was phenomenal and always a step ahead. He had our truck rental paperwork printed and ready, pre-cut the impossible lock packaging so we wouldn’t need scissors, and even swept up chili flakes in the elevator so we didn’t have to deal with the mess while moving. He remembered us every time and treated everyone like a neighbor in a small town. That kind of care is unheard of in metro areas. I hope Bee Safe Storage knows how lucky they are to have him. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality are executive-level. Honestly, he turned what could’ve been a stressful move-in into something smooth and even enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who has this much care in the work they do.

I’ve been leasing my storage unit here for about 3 years. The whole “corporate decides to up the rent randomly and tells you 30 days in advance” thing sucks, but the staff here have always been above & beyond helpful to me any time I had a question or concern. I’m moving to another CubeSmart location closer to where I stay now, but it’s not because I want to. Thanks for the memories y’all.
