Jorge and the other staff at the Bee Safe Storage at 1405 N Interstate Hwy 35, Round Rock, TX 78664 were friendly and helpful every time we dealt with them. From helping us move from a smaller unit to a larger one when we first moved in to expediting our paperwork when we moved out.

Shouldn't have a star. Set auto pay up went fine for 2 years. Then I get an email saying my payment didn't go through. So I called and tried to figure out what was going on. They said that my card ending in **** didn't go through. They've been pulling off the same card for 2 years, and all of a sudden, they use a card that I don't even have anymore. I spent 20 minutes asking them why they would use a different card all of a sudden. They said that they've been using the same card this whole time. All I wanted was my 55.00 late fee back. I've never missed a payment or been late till they used the wrong account. I'll find somewhere else to store my stuff. Not good customer service at all.

I originally rented here because I thought the rate was good. $55. for a small unit. They have raised the rent twice to $74. and now $94. $94. for a 5x8 unit? A short drive up 35 and a similar unit is $33. I am moving out as I don't like being ripped off by these guys!
