I misplaced her card, so I can't remember her name, but the lady that I talked to was incredibly nice, she explained everything that I needed to know, gave me a guided tour of the facility, and overall seemed very genuine. Very clean, very friendly, and honestly one of the best storage facilities I have used.

I have had 2 interactions with Gilbert recently. I had one at the front desk and his customer service skills are over the top awesome along with Ms. Kathy! He made my day so easy. He was very helpful. The next was in the back entrance while I was accessing my unit. He was sweeping and was again so friendly! He was sweeping the halls while making his safety rounds. It's nice to know the people here care about my unit and personal property. It was nice to have a friendly face and a little refreshing positive small talk on a very long day. I have had a few storage units and THIS Bee Safe makes me feel that my belongings are very safe. It sure helps on how clean this place is. Its a white glove storage facility for sure!

A++++ Recommend this location!! Rarely do you encounter this high level of customer service. The manager, Kathy, isn’t just “Doing Her Job”…she sincerely wants to make sure her customers leave her establishment with all their questions answered and their storage needs met. And she does this with a bright smile and a welcoming persona. Also the entire facility is immaculately clean and organized which makes you feel good about leaving your possessions in their care. I also interacted with Gilbert who displayed the same high level of service and did so with sincerity. This facility, management and staff are an example of what all businesses should use as a learning model to achieve success and longevity in our community.
