Ordered a microwave online that was supposed to be in Excellent condition. Got it home all The way to Temple and it did not have any of the mounting hardware and was scratched and dinged. Could not reach in store associates via telephone and Best Buy Customer service on the phone was terrible. They were No help and could I hardly understand them. Best Buy had no interest In helping turn the negative situation into a positive one.

Walked in to Best Buy looking for something and was lost but thankfully Shayma was there and after explaining to her what I needed and telling her I wasn't exactly sure what it was I needed she was able to help me and walked to the department I needed to be at and stuck by myside from start to end. I will deff be sure to send family and friends to her Best Buy and will be back for all my future needs especially when it comes to electronics. Thank You again Shayma best customer service I have ever received ❤️

Scheduled a dashcam install weeks in advance and received confirmation the day of. I even called that morning to confirm the location and was told exactly where to go. When I arrived, the area they directed me to was closed. I went inside the store and was told they hadn’t been doing installs for months due to a gas leak. I was then rescheduled at a different store for a later date. Extremely frustrating experience due to poor communication and a complete waste of time.
