If I could give negative stars I would Beatriz lied about what we were paying for then tried to put it off on her manager after charging me an additional $90 for accs we told her we didn’t want I get it get your money but don’t lie then acted as if I did something wrong by asking why it was so much

My old phone quit working, and I came here to get a new one. The lady working here was friendly but she added phone insurance onto my monthly bill without asking me, now my bill is 72 a month

Stop by into the store. Store maneger (Blanca) attended me and answer all my questions and concerns. Walk out really happy and with my new phone. Highly recommend store. Lots of knowledge and great customer service.

A friend(a current boost mobile customer) went yesterday to upgrade her cellphone with a better one; and was told they can't transfer photos, texts, etc to the new phone that was purchasing at this location because it was forbidden to do that. THAT WAS A LIE because I got that done in another boost mobile store. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
