I felt so pampered!! The staff goes above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience that you can only find at Aveda. Will definitely be coming back to see Shelby, she’s awesome!

Shelby was awesome! I walked in not even expecting to be able to be seen that day, but Shelby was available to do a consultation and cut. I have an alternative hairstyle (shaved sides) and a mix of 2b/2c hair that many stylists have struggled with in the past. Shelby listened to what I wanted, shared some recommendations, and gave me honestly the best haircut/style that I've had in years. I'll 100% be coming back to see Shelby to get touch-ups as my hair continues to grow out. Thanks for everything, Shelby and Breeze Salon!

Amazing service and my stylist really took the time out to understand the look I'm going for.Update: Booked root touch up and tonner with a senior stylist. The senior stylist did the root touch up and then handed me off to an assistant who did the wash, toner and style. I understand that they want to bring up the assistants up to speed to be independent and all but NOT AT MY COST! I paid extra for a senior stylist so I can get a better experience than last but this was completely unacceptable. Something that was not discussed even before she made me sign the consultation form. The senior stylist in the meantime took two more clients. She did come and check the end result which turned out well but again am paying $$$ to be mostly worked by an assistant.

Literally one of the worst hair cuts I've ever gotten. I wish I could give it a zero. I asked for a shag with curtain bangs and got the worst bangs, short and wispy. No style to them at all. I asked for face framing pieces because I have to wear my hair up at work, I got none. I have no idea how I'm going to style my "bangs" aka small short pieces that don't look good no matter what I do. They didn't even look good in the salon. Overall, I have three layers in my long hair. Nothing like the photo I showed. I was so upset by the end I just wanted to go without confrontation. I could have gotten this cut at Super Cuts for half the price. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE UPSET ABOUT YOUR HAIR AFTERWARDS.

Dissatisfying Experience and Unprofessional StaffMy wife and I visited this salon for a my wife’s hair treatment which they assured would last for six months. Unfortunately, the effects disappeared after the first wash, leaving her extremely disappointed. When we approached the staff for clarification, we encountered rudeness and a lack of willingness to engage in meaningful conversation. Despite our polite request for a partial refund, they outright refused without providing any satisfactory explanation. Their prices are exorbitantly high, and it seems they lack a basic respect for customers.I advise caution and suggest considering other options before spending your money at this salon.

This saloon is total SCAM!!! – it's a complete rip-off. I went in for a keratin treatment, and they fed me false information, assuring me it would last six months. I paid $100 upfront. On the treatment day, all they did was wash and iron my hair for hours, pressuring me to buy their pricey products. Following their advice, I protected my hair for three days, only to discover they did nothing – my hair ended up frizzier and drier than before. They slapped me with a $450 bill for this useless treatment. When I asked for a refund, the staff was rude and uncooperative, refusing to explain.Stay away from this salon if you value your money and sanity.My reply to your answerFirst of all, the concent form was not filled by me, you just asked me to sign explaining the prices. And secondly, if you were really transparent to me answer my below questions.Your promise of six months of results lasted less than ten minutes – why the vast difference?Do you understand the concept of customer satisfaction? When a customer expresses dissatisfaction, what actions are you taking to rectify the situation and ensure their happiness?It's time to close down the salon if you're not familiar with the fundamental principle of "Customer satisfaction."

Beware of this place! Prices are OUTRAGEOUS! When booking online take note the “starting out notation on their services! $35 with tip, ended up being $97!!! I was also quoted additional $32 for a conditioner treatment and I was charged $42 for it! When I complained online Diana called me and said the charge was correct! Zully did a great job on my hair although she did quote $32 and I think they recently increased prices exorbitantly! She probably quoted the wrong price so they charged me $42. I will NOT be back. Very misleading and bad business practices!Services: Blowouts

After almost 10 years with Breeze I am packing it in. The customer service has gotten TERRIBLE while the prices have continued to rise. I spend an average of $300 every 6 weeks (that’s roughly 2300.00 per year - not counting product) to get my hair done and I will just have to go someplace else to spend it. A policy change at Breeze might be a breath of fresh air. TEXT YOUR CUSTOMERS in addition to a phone call. Today, I got a phone call 4 hours before my appointment but NO MESSAGE. I didn’t see the missed call until I was standing at reception after a 40 MINUTE DRIVE ??? UNACCEPTABLE!!Services: Hairstyling
