Caliber Collision on Clark St in Round Rock took great care of us and our car. It’s the second time we have gone to them. Both times, from start to finish, they told us very clearly the cost and time frame, kept to each, and the workmanship was excellent. Great customer service from Ryan and Shawn at the desk. Brought my 2019 equinox here & the right bumper area was damaged & they fixed it good as new! They fixed it like it was literally brand new & it all got done way before it was expected to they got it done super early. I won't take my car anywhere else for body repairs!!! Caliber collision does it right

My car was hit on the right corner, and I worked with Robert, the service advisor, for the repair. He was professional, clear, communicative, and trustworthy throughout the process.
I received text updates almost every day, and my car was ready in 9 days, one day earlier than promised.
The repair was excellent, and my car looked and drove like new. Highly recommend!

Love, Love, LOVED the team at Caliber. Every person that i had any contact with was absolutely amazing.
FYI, I'm a boomer, so the quality of the work is important to me, but so is the people interaction. Im impressed with everyone there because they were polite, knowledgeable and were NOT condescending or rude.
I will gladly refer friends and coworkers to this location.

Caliber did a fantastic job restoring both the front and rear of our vehicle after an accident. From the very beginning, Ryan was incredibly communicative and easy to work with. He thoroughly walked me through all the damage, clearly explaining which parts were related to the accident and which were not. He was always accessible—both by phone and in person—and even provided a detailed parts list before the repairs began. The team also stored the vehicle while I was out of town and coordinated seamlessly with the insurance company. I highly recommend Ryan and the entire team at Caliber.

I would not recommend this place. My car got side swiped parked in February. My insurance recommended me here to get services... So they (CC Round Rock) repaired my car, to an extend that seemed acceptable at the time. Now, 5 months later I can assure you this is not the case. My left side mirror that got repaired does not work as intended and my left drivers side wheel did not get a proper realignment from them, so it has worn down the wire. A brand new tire with less than 9k miles on it. Incompetence at every level including my own unfortunately
