I wanted to be happy and satisfied but overall, I’m not. Bumper fixed but not one of the bottom headlights won’t come in and the end of the hood has dents on both ends and makes a noise when u close it. They said it was like that when I brought it there and was caused by getting an oil change and they push the hood back too far… hmmm, I don’t think so.

This is not the first time I have had work done at Caliber. They are excellent at customer service, keeping me informed constantly about the status of my car. The body work is excellent and it is always done right the first time.

The experience I had with Caliber Collision was excellent. Every aspect of my car repair was pleasant, the repair looked great and they cleaned my car so well. It was better than the car wash. I can’t say enough nice things. The communication kept me in the loop and the did everything they said they would do as promised.

Great experience all around. Great people. Repair is indistinguishable from new. Even took care of a non-related scuff mark.

The staff was friendly and the repair was mostly completed on time. However, there is an ongoing issue with a visible misalignment between the tail light and quarter panel that was never explained during the repair process. If they had informed me about this beforehand and the use of non-OEM parts, it would have helped set clearer expectations. I have had to return multiple times for additional repairs, which has been frustrating and inconvenient, affecting my work schedule as well. Until this problem is fully resolved, I cannot give a better review. Communication and transparency need improvement.

I have been taking my vehicle to Caliber Collision whenever I need repairs from an accident. The customer service is always on point and welcoming. I would 100 percent recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle. I have had different vehicles fixed through them and have always been satisfy with the finish product. No complaints here awesome job on my recent repairs.
