Do not go to the Commerce location in Round Rock, TX. The one in cedar park is better! The Commerce location did a horrible repair to my front bumper. The day after my car was returned to me, part of the front bumper (they supposedly fixed) began to fall off while driving on the toll road. I had to swerve because I lost control, I nearly hit a concrete barrier at high speeds. I could have died, because of them. Justice will be served. Seriously, don't go to this location.

I recently had my Toyota Camry repaired at Caliber Collision, and I am completely satisfied. The repairs are flawles, my car looks brand new. My Service Advisor, Ken Wetta, was outstanding throughout the process. I had a terrible experience dealing with the insurance company for the person who hit me, but Ken stayed persistent, keeping me updated and making multiple attempts to contact them.
Caliber Collision was honest, upfront, and professional from start to finish. They delivered high-quality work and made the process as smooth as possible despite the insurance complications. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs, and I would not hesitate to return myself.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Caliber Collision on Commerce in Round Rock. We have used them several times and the workmanship and service is great at this location. Richard was our rep and he was excellent! He went above and beyond to help. Very conscientious! Jason helped us there as well. Highly recommend this location!!!

I've used caliber on several occasions and each time i was completely satified.. they're the only place i trust and count on to make my vehicle look like the accident never happened. If you're looking for true pros , call these guys ASAP.

By far the worst. My car was in there for over a month, my sensor was not complete in the wreck which my adjuster (who’s been fired) did not report, soon as I get my vehicle back it said my car was STILL in a WRECK!!
The manager took over, seen the problems. Told me he was going to fix both my sensor and my wheels, NOW HE QUIT!!
Now the regional manager took over, he told me my insurance isn’t covering & now no was is LIABLE!!!!!! Everyone who touch my car at caliber is no longer with the Company.
IVE HELD UP MY END AND NOW NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE WHICH IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
This has been the worst and I’ve let them work in many of my cars.
I HIGHLY regret choosing this location

I took my car into caliber collision to have the rear bumper replaced. Justin was the one who handled my car and updates throughout. I picked up my car and my car was reversed into a spot. I drive a Chevy Camaro and these cars are very low visibility out of the rear windows. I noticed my back up camera was not operational so I emailed Justin within an hour of picking up my car and returning the rental and it’s been 4 days since still no response. Thinking more about it whoever backed my car into the spot knew the backup camera did not work and parked it in reverse on purpose so I didn’t notice. Very disappointed.

Would highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs cosmetic work done on their vehicle. Was rear ended due to the tropical storm aftermath that ran through recently. Justin was extremely communicative and kept me apprised of the status of everything. He went above and beyond to ensure I was treated fair and taken care of professionally. This is in spite of my insurance carrier dragging their feet to help get things taken care of. Personally would have no issues recommending this location to any friends or family and have shared positive experience here with work colleagues. Also can’t beat the close proximity to Enterprise if you’ll need a rental. Overall easily earned the 5/5 stars.

Our truck had a dent in the back. We contacted our insurance company and they worked seamlessly with Caliber. We had interactions with Robert and Coco they were very helpful. Robert, Service Advisor kept us abreast each step of the way. The repairs took a little under 1.5 weeks. We highly recommend this location and their team to do the work. I saw quite a few negatives, but that did not deter us from doing business with Caliber Collision on Commerce in Round Rock, TX.
