Great selection of clothes for kids, the prices on thanks giving week were very low. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful. They have a desk for small kids with things to play with. Great idea to have one while the mom shops.

This is the greatest store in the entire world, everyone is so attentive, sweet and so helpful, Daisy and Anita are just wonderful! Carter’s has the cutest baby clothes ever, God bless Carter’s!

Good collection for kids and toddlers. Before shopping make sure to check for deals with the welcome staff. They will explain everything properly.

Nothing about this specific store. It is about carters in general. I ordered some clothes online and they took the pre authorization money out for my order from my bank a week ago. It was suppose to have shipped by so I went to check the online portal and it says order canceled. I never canceled it and if they canceled it they never sent an email verification or explanation. I will never shop here again. The customer service was rude and they do not inform customers when or why they cancel orders.

The store has great deals and great quality clothes. The cashiers are rude though. And if you don't want customers getting their own pickup orders, you shouldn't have the order pickup area on the floor mixed in with the merchandise. And then proceed to reprimand the customers for getting their own orders. I'll be purchasing online only moving forward.

They close at 6pm.Hours listed are incorrect. Haven’t updated it even though the staff know it is listed wrong. Drove 45 min to do some returns and now have to make another trip.
