They never answer the phone and on the off chance they do the customer service well I would say bad but it would need to exist for me to provide a rating .

Your ATMs are ALWAYS malfunctioning and the cards don't work most of the times when doing a payment!!! Horrible service and bank!!!

I am a business owner and have had my money with this bank for 15 years. This branch has inexperienced employees here They would not give me 2 small withdrawals with 2 (two) forms of ID. Ridiculous!!

The ATM is conveniently located for me. On Wednesday, 7/7, I had to cash a check, so I went to the drive-thru. It was $36, so I asked for a 20, a 10, and 6 ones. I like to have ones in the car for tipping and giving money to the kids. The $30 I put in my wallet. I drove to Speedy Stop and parked on the spot closest to Walgreens. I went in to buy a drink. Someone took the envelope with $6 in it. It's not Chase's fault, but I hear that this is a problem from the Chase at 79 and I-35. If you get cash, make sure you're not being followed. Chase should be aware and set up cameras to prevent this. Thankfully, it was only $6.

I understand businesses are doing their best with COVID and setting appointments. But when a bank, you've been with for well over 2 decades tells you they only have two bankers at the time of opening. And that they are not willingly assist because of their appointments that are over an hour from time time you were in the bank is disheartening. They basically tell you to go to around bank due to the bankers not wanting to help you and being under staffed.
