IT'S BEEN A DAMN YEAR!!! They stole 2 thousand dollars from my college savings, and when I checked my account that morning, I instantly called, and they tried blaming it on me!!! That account can only be opened by a code only my mom knows because we were saving it so I could go to college. They told me that they won't be giving me the money back, and it was none of their concern. And I was heavily upset, Chase is not a good place to keep your money cause somehow without you knowing your money will disappear, and they won't do shit. Then here's something even more crazy. A month later, my damn identity was stolen, and they used my social and my name for a W2. Chase, you need to figure your shit out.

I made a reservation and visited. Mr.Oduwole, the person in charge, was really kind and friendly. With his help, I was able to open my account well.

I went in to this location and spoke with Penny K Morgan. This was the worst experience speaking with a bank I have ever had. She refused to help or answer questions because she was waiting for someone else who had an appointment. The appointment was set for 11:00am. I walked in at 10:45am. I needed assistance accessing my 401k information, because I had been locked out of the app. She decided it was more important for me to know about my account and the information than requesting identification to help me unlock it. She was very unprofessional and her tone was demeaning. Repeating Jesus’s name in vain repeatedly. If you value your time sanity and would like to retain what dignity humanity has left choose another location!

This branch refused to notarize an id copy needed for corporate JP Morgan bank account access for my employer because I don’t have a personal account. This is inconsistent with guidance by JPM large corporate account representatives.

Waited 40 minutes in line last week for them to tell me I needed to make an appointment. Just left my appointment - the banker, who I have never met before, confused me with someone else, asking about my travels to Japan (where I’ve never been or made plans to visit), and then said they were unable to help me update my account, saying they needed additional identification in addition to my drivers license. Been banking with Chase for 20 years and have never had an experience like this. I’ll be going to other branches in future

They dont care about you. I opened my account 1 month back. Zero assistance in applying for a credit card. Ignorant responses and they did not give me my 200$ promo. RBFCU or BoA are much better. Absolute disappointment.

They don’t care about your business.Tim who was responsible with opening my account never put in the offer code for my new business account to redeem a promotion.I wouldn’t trust these guys with your money. Go to a credit union or local bank with lower interests rates and bankers that have your best interest in mind.
