If I could give negative 100 stars I would! This guy tried to steal all my money AND keep my car! He ran my card and said it did not charge then he ran it again. It resulted in a $1200 charge which was a double charge. He refused to call his bank. He laughed after taking all my money. I called police and he finally figured out how to call his bank and get a refund. Crook! He thought it was funny too. Warning!!! Stay away!!!!!

One of my guys had his truck towed due to no license and insurance. When I called to see what was required to get the truck back he flat out lied and said insurance is required and has to match the name of the owner. That's a lie. No where in State law does it state the insurance has to match the owner. Called another tow company and my insurance to confirm. Just be honest dude. You still get your money either way so why lie?Service: Car towing

After an automobile accident that totaled our truck. Our Vehicle was towed by Clark towing. They were very accommodating, even coming into there office after hours so we could collect our belongings from the recked vehicle. Nice people and professional business!

Great experience! Our family has used Clark Towing 3 times in the last 2 years and they arrived at the scene quickly each time. They were extremely knowledgable when pulling one of our cars out of a ditch and off of a cement post, efficient, polite and honest - they will always be our first call.

Clark Auto Care towed my teenage son's car after an accident. They were very professional and very friendly when settling up everything at their impound lot. Round Rock Police arranged the towing service in this case, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them myself for future towing needs.

Extremely rude. Not in compliance at all with TDLR! They do not release 24 hours like they say they do. They only say that so that they can stay on Travis county rotations. They don't accept card they like to only accept cash. These people are crooked as can be!

This place is great! I came in around 9:30am on a Monday morning for a vehicle inspection. I received fast and friendly service. All of the pricing was up-front with no hidden fees. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

I was involved in an accident at 7:00 A.M. on a Saturday and they towed my car. Later that day they were nice enough to open the tow yard (which is closed on weekends) so I could recover personal belongings from the car. The lady who helped me was very friendly too.

Extremly rude. No compliance at all. Didn't give me a time of day. Most towing companies are bad this is far the worst one yet.
