No businesses are listed on the building outside, only the street address. There are small signs posted near ‘some’ entrances with businesses listed that are inside the building.

Needed labs on Saturday 12/5/25.. located Round Rock. I'm so happy I did.. the reception staff person who helped me provided outstanding customer service! The actual phlebotomists are always pleasant. The reception staff in Leander are horrible- no greeting, but quick to direct you to take a seat. They have zero regard for customers in the Leander office!

Very short staffed so it took an hour and a half to get lab done. Who ever took my blood caused a major hematoma on my arm. Was not good.

Came here to pick up kit for a stool sample and was surprised how busy it was and more surprised that when I returned with a sample of stool, I actually had to sign in and wait.

Pathetic customer service at front desk. Avoid this location at all costs. Women at front desk are totally condescending and unhelpful. Lab technicians are nice but feign desk people are totally ridiculous

I came yesterday for lab work. Waited a long while. Which happens. What has me giving 1 star is the technician seemed very confused on my instructions what was needed and what was expected. I then got a call saying they didn’t take the right amount of blood and I had to fast a second time. I then was told when I came in I’d be taken to the front of the line due to their mistake. Guess what? I have been here for over 25 minutes and still haven’t been called back! The people behind the desk are discussing patients with windows open using names. I know they missed 2 pages of my blood work because they are openly discussing it so the whole waiting room can hear. I hope management reads these reviews and addresses these issues as it seems I’m not the only one.

This is my second time having to come into this office for lab work this week.
Both times, I simply sat and observed as they engaged in conversation and exchanged jokes behind the desk, leaving no one at the front desk.
Today, for the first half hour of my wait, only two individuals were called to the front desk, and only two individuals were returned to the lab. In half an hour! There were two women at the desk, a man drawing blood when not conversing with the women behind the desk.
One of the women is exceptionally rude when patients ask her questions or is unclear about how to sign in.
No one was rude to me, but the lack of staff when there are approximately 15 people waiting and I am certain fasting for lab work is concerning. I feel compelled to share my experience. I am still waiting without a greeting call to the desk or being called back. While lab work does take time, it would proceed more efficiently if staff were working rather than socializing in the back.
After 45 minutes, I was called up to confirm paperwork. Guess who did not have the paperwork my doctor faxed over? I watched them go through a stack of faxes they had not even looked at.
I will wait for my lab and wait my turn, but please do not make people wait almost an hour for confirmation before even being called in.
To the rude women I mentioned, I have observed her roll her eyes at approximately three individuals as they walk away.
Too many people are willing to work if it requires belittling and being rude to others to get through their job. Please consider quitting and finding a new job.
To end it all I’m still waiting an hour and a half now. She read my labs out loud to the entire waiting room. One being a lab I would prefer not be shared! No worries, longer I’m here the more a write.
My lab tech was very try nice just like last time. Seems to be just an office issue. But a lab shouldn’t get a bad name over something administrative.
Under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), medical staff must protect your privacy and avoid sharing protected health information (PHI) in a way that others could overhear. This includes things like:
• The type of test you’re having
• Your diagnosis, reason for visit, or test results
• Any personally identifying medical information
Announcing your lab type out loud in a public area where others can hear it would likely violate your privacy rights. Even if it wasn’t intentional, it’s still considered a breach of confidentiality.

Technicians are skilled and efficient. Wait times have grown longer than they used to be.
If you happen to miss hearing your name when it's called, they will move on to the next person, which means you end up waiting even longer.
Results come back pretty quickly and can be checked online. The portal experience is excellent.

DO NOT GO ON A SATURDAY! Unless you want to spend a minimum of 2 hours waiting. The staff was friendly, but dang, open another Saturday location!

This review is specifically for angel Sasha, who took my blood test today. I’ve had severe anxiety around bloodwork since childhood, and she was LITERALLY the sweetest. She let me lie down in a separate area, gently talked to me to distract me, and created such a safe, comforting atmosphere.
Even though I’m an adult and don’t technically need the extra care, the way she supported me made all the difference. She turned what usually feels like a nightmare into such a calm and positive experience. Thank you, Sasha — I’m beyond grateful and so inspired by people who do their work with this kind of kindness and presence. Sending much love to you, and I truly hope you get to read this! 💜🙏🏼
