Had to submit a sample for a drug screen for my employment and the service was quick. The staff was nice and respectful. My drug screen results came back with in two days due to being told by staff it can take 3 to 5 days for the results. Overall, my results was negative.

Terrible service, long wait and front desk staff don’t seem to understand that you don’t have an entire day to waste there waiting just to get one vaccine for work….go somewhere else as this place is a joke!

The waiting period was waaay too long. I had to wait 3-4 hrs just to be seen and still wasn’t discharged till an hr after that. They need more doctor and nurses to help speed up the visits/ process!!!

Every thing was done in a timely Fashion, the doctors were consistent and direct with there Unis the staff is nice and polite .I could’nt ask for a better team of professionals.

I’ll start by saying the staff is super friendly and I’m upset I have to leave a negative review because they were all so sweet. Anyways got checked in at 9:52 for a pre-employment physical and drug testing. They took in all walk ins and appt made people that came in after me for an hour, until finally I was called back. Did the drug test then was put in the exam room. Waiting another hour and finally got to see the doc for about 7 mins. It’s now currently 1:31, I’m still in the exam room. I haven’t been told what I’m waiting on, they haven’t come let me know anything. It’s disrespectful to treat others like this in my opinion. At least come let me know what the hell I’m waiting on, put yourself in my shoes. We’ve all been busy and needing to get things done, but popping your head in only takes a second of time. I’ve heard knocks on the exam rooms next to me at least 100 times, so they could have.
EDIT:: at 1:50 decided to go ask, sure enough they didn’t inform anyone to come let me know I was good to go, so I wasted nearly 2 hours of my life sitting there. Curious on if the company is paying for these people’s time.
