Great gym option! Plenty of free weights and kettlebells and they just got a trap bar. Staff is friendly and the restrooms are clean.

The family who owns and operates this place are wonderful people. The speed and endurance class has really made an improvement in my son. They have classes for all ages. The price is really reasonable.
