There is always a really good atmosphere, so positive and nice, and they're always friendly. They do a great job on my hands and feet. I always feel like a million bucks when they're done.

Best pedicure experience so far in Austin. They have limited workforce. So you need an appointment for any services. I didn't know that. Still, the owner accommodated my pedicure, and after the pedicure, I requested a menicure. He also accommodated that service as well. Definitely became my to go place for pedicure and menicure.

Love this nail salon! They do exactly what you ask for & will help you understand if something would be better for your finger shape or skin tone. Ultimately they will do what you want & make it look perfect! They are very busy because of being so good. If they say they don't have time...it's because they are taking care of the person in front of them. Either make an appointment or come back...it's worth the wait!!!

Just went for an eyebrow wax, on a Saturday at 12:30 pm. I walk in, saw 3-4 employees, I said I wanted an eyebrow wax but was told that they “didn’t have the time for an eyebrow wax right now” which is weird considering they have a light up “waxing” sign on the top of their door & it was not packed or busy at all. I heard the prices were good which is why I even came to give it a chance but I will never bother for any type of service at this salon ever again. Terrible service, I wish I could give it zero stars. I have never been to a salon that has turned down a service no matter how small. EDITED (3 hours later after they responded to my review) you’re lying & claimed that you told me you didn’t have enough workers. No you did not, all I was told was “we don’t have time for eyebrow wax”, nothing else was said. YOU guys need to learn to communicate better, I understand there wasn’t enough workers, but nothing was explained to me so I just assumed you didn’t want to provide me service. Thank you. There’s no need to lie.
