I have been twice looking for a specific model and they do not look for the number, they only say that if you have one you cannot change them later and they do not make the purchase online and they can send it to your house, terrible service and attention, I will not go again to that store, they can put friendly and attentive people to serve because one goes to buy and expects good service

Lily the manager refused to do an exchange. My crocs came damaged and crocs states exchanges can be done in store. While I was explaining the exchange she was just standing there picking her nose looking at her coworker while expecting the worker to do something. I ordered for Christmas and went to the store to exchange to make sure I have them in time. She wanted to charge me for the crocs. They literally only had 3 pairs of that style and different colors and she had to get them from the back.This is the second time I can’t find styles in that store. It’s ridiculous that they couldn’t accept an exchange for the exact style and size when they obviously came damaged. Customer service/satisfaction is clearly not a priority here.

Went on christmas eve which i get is stressful i worked in retail so i understand. We had showed up about 15 minutes before closing( again i get it's stressful). but while in the store almost every minute the lady at the register was saying what time it was in such a rude tone while saying “everyone needs to get up and get out” my 66 year old mom was trying on shoes my dad went to go check out and my mom was made to walk out of the store without her shoes on. This was a terrible experience and something needs to be done about the terrible staff.I went back inside to tell them that their behavior was unacceptable but didn’t feel as if they cared.

Crowded. Someone is counting the max who can enter so sometime it can have. Line in front crocs prices r different I got a basic red and it was Fifty cause I wanted a cool crocs bag they also have so many charms

Not much busy when visited on Thursday evening.the sales person at the counter was helpful in finding the sizes which were not present in the display area

My boyfriend and I had a bad experience in the past that made us hesitant to go back to this store. Today the ladies at the register and the manager (I believe her name was Lea or lily) were absolutely amazing! Great customer service and extremely helpful with exchanging a defective product. Thank you thank you!

The staff were considerate and provided a replacement assurance should it wear out in the upcoming months. This was reassuring, especially after a poor experience with a similar purchase from another shop.

LITERALLY the only store in the whole entire RR outlets enforcing how many people can be in the store. Some little teenage child standing out front trying to act like a security guard. I saw so many people walk up and try to enter only to be told “there’s a line ” and they give her the same look I did and just find somewhere else to shop. Good job driving away customers! Lol

Super friendly and helpful when I was buying. A minor issue caused me to return to the store. The issue was dealt with promptly and with courtesy. Would highly recommend and Croc's should be proud of their staff ❤️

They started having people outside to limit customers in the store. They said something about a rule from the Fire Marshall.Good and clean store. Only issue was the wait outside in the heat.

I came in not realizing they were closed 5 minutes prior. I asked if I could just see if they had the color I was l looking for to see if it's worth driving the hour back to the store. They said no. I explained I just needed to see if they had the size so I could bring my daughter back and it would take no more than a minute of that but that I would come back to buy them if they did have them. They were still checking people out. They still said no. I was twenty feet away, can I just see the color name and to see if they had the size I needed it would save me two hours. Still no. I see why they only have two stores. It would not have kept them longer and so easy just to say yes. I explained I would come back and buy them if they were stock. Still no. Terrible customer service. I understand they were closed but it would have been so easy to give me the 30 seconds to go look.

I went to get some crocs that I have desperately needed for some time now. So, I look up some crocs stores around and this one was the closest. I get there and immediately there is a six people line. (Which went by really fast) I wait there for about 5-8 before I get to come in the store. So if you are in a hurry, I don't recommend this one. But if you have some time to kill or go at a reasonable time of the day, you should be good. I get in the store and I was looking for plain black clogs. They did not have my size in them. (I wear an 8 in womens). They also did not have any sizes near mine. So I ended up getting the black platform clogs. Employees were pretty nice about it and reassured me that I can always order them online. It also seems that they don't have much backstock. Now it's onto the charms. They have a wide section of charms and a good selection. Staff were reassuring if you didn't find what you needed or if you didn't get something you wanted. I heard that also there can be rude staff at this store but I had a pretty good experience. I ended up getting two pairs of crocs and five croc charms. But in the end it was a really good store. Nice employees and a wide selection of crocs. Will be coming back again if I ever want crocs again!

The person at the cash register, basically implied I was going to steal some jibbitz???I was only buying a couple things, because nothing was catching my eye.And asked her if a certain jibbitz came by itself, I could only find it on a pack. She very rudely and coldly said no.I just left it alone, nothing else and put the pack next to me, she said she would put it back. I told her I would, because I picked it up and know how frustrating it can be to work in sales and always clean up after people and the jibbitz display was literally behind me, and she would have had to walk around the counter with people behind me in line.She checked me out, (no hi, how are you, nothing) she just watched the pack on the counter and went to hand me MY PAID for merchandise, and said “no give it to me” in a very cold way…Extremely uncomfortably I went to grab my things and she pulled away?? Like um?? Did you think I was going to risk my military career (after she put my military discount on there, so she knew) over some $5 jibbitz card??I had no purse, so she thought I was just gonna walk out with it?? I stood there for a second stunned and we stared at each other for a good second, I said “ummmm okaaaaay” in a very sarcastic way and I handed over the jibbitz card.She didn’t say anything just stared at me.Extremely rude and profiling maybe???She clearly has no respect for military personnel, and thinks people are gonna risk it all for $5?Lady. You need a new job.

The place was super packed and the staff still made a point to make us feel valued. Also the lady was so nice helping out online exchange. My daughter is obsessed with crocs, and I like to give my business to people that make you feel like they care about there customers!
