Do yourself a massive favor and do now move your things into here. A couple of rats got into my unit and there was rat urine and poo all over my things. Company does absolutely nothing helpful or useful. Going through insurance claims is a hassle as well. God forbid you miss a payment. They’ll definitely remind you about that but can’t take the courtesy to let the “tenants” know that there have been rat sitings. There’s even rat droppings in the hallways.

Be cautious, as they can raise your rent at any time. After just three months, our already high monthly rate was increased by $70, which seems outrageous. Yes, it states in the contract/policy rate could increase but it nearly doubled our contacted rate.
This is an issue that falls under upper management and is beyond the control of the in-office staff. Tracy is fantastic!
