I transferred our prescriptions from another CVS (Old Settler's) after a bad experience. Also brought over our other business. Then had an issue with missing envelopes that should come with my 5x7 cardstock holiday picture cards but shoutout to Dalisay who emphatized with me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. She didn't lose composure throughout and had excellent customer service. Old Settler's should learn a thing or two from them.

I went to print photos at one of the kiosks and the printer ran out of paper, no problem. The problem starts when there is no one working the front of the store and you have to ring a bell for service. Then no one comes so you ring again, and then you go to the pharmacy and have them page for someone. The only way I got someone was because they walked in the front door from taking their break outside. There was atleast 1 in 2 people in the back and they never came to the front. They don't seem to care for their store or their customers, what a shame. Don't waste your time or money here.

I am currently in the drive through that's how horrified I am at the service I've just received! If there was a negative star I would choose that! I came just before closing and I acknowledge that BUT there was a car in front of me when I arrived. When my turn came, the pharmacist himself closed the blinds in my face as the tech was talking to me. The tech then shoved a clip board for me to sign something but didn't explain what it was and kept pushing and pulling the metal drawer for me to hurry because I was reading it before signing! Upon rendering cash, my prescription were shoved in the basket but my change wasn't nor were the prescriptions bagged! When I asked for my change which was over 14 dollars.. again I was met with an attitude, the drawer was snatched back and when returned the tech very rudely said 'EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG'! Worse experience EVER!

Best service amongst local CVS stores. Chloe and her team were beyond knowledgeable, super responsive, and informative. Strongly recommended! I’m ensuring my loved ones to fill their prescription here!

I was at the CVS located at Gattis School, round Rock TX and had a simple question about OTC; the girl at Pharnacy as soon as she heard the OTC started talking in a rude manner and wasn't letting me to say it's not my question, finally I asked "which tags show that if they are acceptable for OTC" she called somebody to help me (she was the person that months ago I once talked with her and she introduced herself as concierge); unfortunately she was not enough patient to help me either. Before I say my question she started talking with me in a rude manner, off course after I asked my question she started talking in many sentences so I noticed that the answer was simple, (depends on your insurance) and I as a customer didn't think about that but expected pharmacy associate just simply answer my question (in stead of that simple sentence she was talking and talking impatiently and rude then I thought I'm better off just to order online and I don't like to deal with them again.

--- I have complained in the past about long delays resulting from having only one full-service drive-through lane at the Gattis School, Round Rock, TX store. The 2nd lane is restricted to drop-off only. --- Long delays due to 5-6 cars lined up in queue is very common. When there are that many cars ahead of me, I leave and try again another time. 3 visits before I can queue up with less than 5 cars ahead of me is typical. With 2 artificial knees and lots of pain, I prefer to use the drive-through instead of hobbling to the pharmacy in the back of the store inside. --- On my last visit, I was lucky that there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Or so I thought I was lucky. The car that was at the window was still sitting there 7 minutes later. I left the line, drove around the building, parked, and limped to the back of the store to the pharmacy. Even after all that, the same car was still at the window. --- I don’t know how long they were there in total, since they were already there when I arrived. I estimate it was somewhere in excess of 10 minutes. That’s ridiculous. --- Unfortunately, this was a common occurrence when Covid-19 first hit, with people getting Covid tests requiring extensive instruction and explanation, while everyone else waited behind them. I don’t know that testing was the cause. It may have been something else. **** You need another full-service drive-through at this store!!!. **** (And staffing to support it).

Count your pills. My son has a prescription for OxyContin, and it's quite frequently short.

i came to the store today looking for some eye vitamins. i saw they posted a sign saying the second botle will get 50% off. When I came to the cashier to check out, she insisted that I had to sign up for their saving card before I could take the discount. If they want customers to sign up for their card they should have posted it with their ad for discount right below their merchandise which is the usual standard practice for retail. Randalls (right accross the street ) always inform their customers about required card for discount. Since I did not want to lose my time for nothing, I had to go thru the whole process of providing my email and phone number before she could give me the discount. The next cashier was standing next to her throwing the racial slur at me calling me "chin". I would never set foot in that store again, Besides deceiting business practice, they are racist people.

The best CVS pharmacy I've been to. Just got a Covid test done here and the lady that helped me was on time and very quick! I am never going to another CVS ever. Especially after my bad experience with the CVS on Kelly Ln. I waited for over three hours yesterday and then they told me they couldn't take me in anymore. Wish I had gone here in the first place!

This pharmacy's drive through needs some serious work. I have gotten stuck in the line here so many times. Today sent me over the edge. I pulled up to get my meds. There was a car at the window so we went to the second stall. The lady tells us we cannot pick up from this lane. So we back up and get in the other line. We had to wait behind one car for 25 minutes. Unacceptable. It's really poor customer service. There was no one else in line. We sat behind that car for 25 minutes when they could have sent the meds to the other lane. I don't get it. Very disappointing.
