Great customer service at the end of the line July 30. Found the car same day and told them our situation. They worked with us on the pricing and the payment process with a smile. Let us test drive the vehicle comfortably and autonomously. They made sure to treat us as friends when we sat down to do the paperwork. Fastest car sale in history. What took the longest was us laughing and telling stories with Rob. Thank you so much y’all we couldn’t have found a better car for a better deal. This thing drives like butter on asphalt.

First impression was nice BUT we came back the second time to test drive/check out the truck and after I had explained to the sales guy David what my mechanic found was wrong with the truck, he decided to get rude and passive aggressive by trying to tell me what truck I’m looking for, what I’m actually going to buy, and how I am describing a “perfect” truck. I didn’t expect the truck to be perfect—I was just informing him the issues we found with the truck after my trusted mechanic from Honda informed me, of which the dealer didn’t disclose. It was like he got mad at me for pointing out what was wrong with the truck and not buying truck. Also, here is what we found: oil leak, needed a brake fluid flush, alignment issue, and two chips in windshield. Had David acted more respectful and professional, I wouldn’t have left this review. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Rob the finance manager was great though.

Greatly appreciate the transparency and kindness by Rob and the folks at Daisy motor group. Very professional and honest, and no hassle, no pressure. Got a great truck and no bullshit. Rob even gave me some info to help with cleaning up my credit, which, let's be honest, we can all be a little better at. They have a great selection of trucks and very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Daisy Motor Group. This was my first time buying a vehicle solely by myself and I didn’t feel any typical “salesman” pressure the entire time. Both David and Rob were very transparent, which I truly appreciated, and extremely helpful. I had many questions which they answered and best part, they take the hassle out of buying a new vehicle. Their team will handle all registration items for you, all you do is sign and drive away!
