These folks helped me out with a pre-buy inspection for a used car. They were helpful with all my detailed questions and had good insights into the vehicle’s condition. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable and their seasonal decor is bar none.
Looking forward to bringing my new (used) car in for regular maintenance here.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Tony W., who provided outstanding customer service and handled my requests promptly and efficiently. He was very attentive, making sure all my immediate needs were addressed, and even took the time to follow up with helpful advice about maintenance I might need in the future. The staff overall were friendly, approachable, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Everything ran smoothly, and I left feeling confident in their service. With such a positive experience, I’ll definitely be returning. It’s reassuring to know there’s a reliable, efficient place where customer care truly comes first.

Had a great first time experience here! I brought in my hybrid camry to have the cooling system looked at and within only a couple hours the diagnosed the issue, found a couple other small issues, and shared a detailed report with me (that even included pictures). Dave’s Ultimate Automotive Is the best! They’re competent, thorough, and efficient. I trust them with my car because they’re really really good. There are shops out there that are cheap - and that’s the substandard quality of the work you’re going to get. I go with Dave’s Ultimate Automotive because I can’t afford to be broken down on the side of the road - they keep my 2008 going and going. For me it’s their quality workmanship that makes Dave’s Ultimate Automotive so good.

UPDATE: I don't drive much, but when I'm headed out on the road, I'm glad that the guys at Dave's Ultimate Automotive have serviced my car and given me the all clear. I wish all businesses could have this kind of customer service! Super nice people, easy to schedule, no over-selling, and great communication. I always leave feeling confident about the experience. UPDATE: It's 7 months after my first review, and I'm still getting awesome service from Dave's. I've sent two additional customers who have both experienced incredible service. They are honest, thorough, and oh so helpful. (Extra stars for Drew!)

Tried out because of AAA recommendation and discount through my employer. I ended up receiving a higher new customer discount. Tony, the service advisor was very good to work with with a welcoming and open demeanor.
Diagnostics were well explained and justified. I was also presented with a 3 year, 36k miles warranty on the repairs. Overall, it look like this will be my go to place for vehicles out of warranty period like 2004 Civic they helped me with. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they didn’t notice the air filter box was missing a bolt and taped with aluminum tape. It needed a new fastener or two.
