Bradin Couvillion is seriously awesome. He truly embodies the Discount Tire mentality. I remember when I started first coming to Discount Tire 10+ years ago, the service was so good you didn’t even want to go to a different tire shop even for a better price. That level of service has definitely been lacking with Discount Tire in recent years, BUT Bradin’s service, kindness and thoughtfulness reminds me why I continue to come back to Discount Tire. In all honesty, Discount Tire probably would have lost my business to Costco or Sam’s if it weren’t for Bradin. So, this review is really of a singular employee and not really this location, but as long as Bradin is at this location, anyone coming here looking for him will always be treated right. Keep up the awesome work Bradin. Keep hiring Bradin’s Discount Tire!

I called Discount Tire around 5:15 PM and spoke with Karson regarding a quote for new tires for my Audi. He provided two options for different sets and, when I asked about scheduling an appointment, he let me know that if I could come in before 6 PM, they’d be able to take care of it since the bay was currently open.
I made it in with my 2-year-old daughter, and they immediately got to work—four team members jumped on my car, and I was in and out in just 20 minutes. This was by far my best experience at Discount Tire.
Karson, along with every other employee on duty, was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend asking for Karson and visiting the Discount Tire location in Round Rock. This was actually my second visit—my first was for a nail in my tire, and Karson helped me that time as well.
Great location. Outstanding customer service!

If you're delivering, I don't recommend picking anything up at this location. It can be intimidating because no one likes to do the work, and no one wants to carry tires.

WHEN YOU HANDLE TIRES, CUSTOMERS PUT THEIR LIVES & FAMILY’S LIVES IN YOUR HANDS.
On Monday May 5 my car tire was not holding air so my husband took a look, found a screw and captured a picture of the screw, including the handy date and time stamp now integrated into iphone photos.
I made a 10 AM appointment online for Tues May 6, and my car finally entered into the bay at about 1045. The place was VERY busy. literally standing room only. Very quickly after my car entered the bay, I would estimate 10 minutes max, an employee handed my keys, ushered me to my car car which was parked in front of the door and he Whooshed me out the door without any conversation about what service was performed - no paperwork no conversation, just here’s your keys…. adios.
The next day, my car was shaking all over the road. I am thinking surely I need to go back and they need to balance the tires. Just as I am pondering this, my TIRE PRESSURE LOW notification came on the dash. I pulled over to see what the problem was and lo and behold. There’s the SAME SCREW they were supposed to have removed and patched when I took IT IN FOR REPAIR YESTERDAY??!! I take a picture, capturing the date and time.
So I return to the shop, show them the two pictures with date stamps, exact same screw in exact same place, and kindly ask, WHY WAS I HERE YESTERDAY?
I was supposed to go on a road trip to Houston, but it got canceled due to the storms we were having. There would’ve been blood on someone’s hands had I been in an accident on the highway on the way to Houston (rain or shine) and had a blowout. My feeling is that NO WORK WAS PERFORMED ON THE TIRE ON TUESDAY May 6. At best, They obviously failed to address the tire I was there for.
The gentleman at the counter obviously did not want the embarrassment of me saying anything in front of other customers so he said we will replace the tire today since the work you came in for did not get done.
Good news is, they gave me a new tire and I was out the door before my husband could arrive and give someone hell!
Upon competition, they again they had my car pulled up steps from the door. As I was handed my keys, and escorted out, I realized again no conversation of work was performed. So I had to ask him for the paperwork (receipt). I should not have to ask for proof of work performed.
We just bought four new tires over here a few months ago for this vehicle.
I’m sure these guys are overworked underpaid, blah blah but you know what???? YOU ARE putting people’s lives in your hands every day by providing a safe TIRES!!!! YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT JUST LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY FACE AT THE COUNTER BUT FOR HONEST LABOR AND INTEGRITY!!! It’s a blessing From God that I discovered the issue before I hit the road to Houston….
I hope to God they root out the guys who dont have the integrity to keep customers safe.

Had a conversation with the store manager and he was really helpful and assured me it will not happen to anyone else.
Had a very scary experience. I went to the store for tire repair the person checked the tires and it was all good. As they were busy so we scheduled for afternoon.
Cut to afternoon and i reach there, a new employee checks the tires and tells me that all my tires are at 2” and he is surprised how i reached there safely. I was surprised and shocked as i had just serviced my car and bmw told me it was at 5-1/2” and 6”. He kept insisting i replace the tire before i leave or I might not make to highway.
I was doubtful and I immediately went to nearest tire shop and they measured it at 5-1/2” and 6”. If you don’t want to repair just say no but dont lie to customers and scare them

Had a flat tire and as soon as I pulled up David immediately came outside. He greeted me and I told him I had a flat tire. He then took the keys and got my car in the garbage quickly. After in the garage getting repaired he came to update me and tell me it will be done in 15 minutes. Great customer service and great people highly recommended . Lobby is always clean

I sat for 3 hours waiting for a tire rotation after being told it would be less than an hour..
The employee claimed he did the work , but his mngr saw he did not..
My truck was pulled in...
I stood just outside & the truck was NEVER touched.
The same employee claimed he rotated my tires .
He lied .
I paid $1700 for my tires at that store..
I will never go back to Discount Tire & that employee should be terminated..

Had multiple tires replaced here. Full sets on both our cars. Guys are always really nice and easy to work with. They will continue to earn my business. They have gone above and beyond for my wife and me multiple times and it’s hard to find customer service like that these days.
