My vehicle would not start and seemed to have a dead battery. My insurance company coordinated for Double R Towing to provide roadside assistance. On behalf of Double R Towing, Tim timely arrived and helped to troubleshoot my vehicle. Tim tested the battery and successfully jump started the vehicle. I was then able to drive the vehicle, which allowed me to recharge the battery. It was determined no towing was necessary. Tim was very friendly and honest throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Double R Towing and Tim! Thanks!

Outstanding Customer Service! We had our Toyota Van towed this morning. I was pleasantly surprised by the way Tim took excellent care of us and our vehicle. I felt safe and assured my van would be well kept while in transport. Tim was just fantastic and so kind. I will be recommending this company to my friends.
