E&T came highly referred by a friend of mine who's been taking his cars to them for 20 years. I've been taking my cars here for the past year and at this point they've worked on all of my cars on multiple occasions and I've had a great experience every time! Their estimates are always very reasonable and the work is completed quickly and very well! They tell you as it is and aren't trying to sell you extra crap you don't need. I'll definitely be continuing to bring my cars here as long as I can!
(Also for those of you driving 20+ year old cars like me, I've never had an issue with them refusing service like I've had at other shops before)

Took my car here after seeking a second opinion on a $4000 repair the Dodge dealer quoted me and these guys found the true issue and it only cost me $700. They took the time to then show me the parts and educate me on how it all works. Fantastic job and they’ve earned my future business.

Tommy, Steve and the guys are awesome! This is the ONLY place I take my car for repairs. They are very honest. I highly recommend them for your auto repairs.

Great service and communication. I'm hesitant to recommend highly because it might mean longer wait times to get in. They're busy. I appreciate they always provide honest quotes for work. They work on my newer car as well as my daughter's old hail-pocked banger.

I have known Tommy the owner for YEARS now & am so Thankful that I can Trust him completely!!! He’s been in business for DECADES here in Round Rock! He is Honest, Down-to-Earth, Humble, Straightforward, Trustworthy, Hardworking, & also knows his limits! He isn’t trying to pull the wool over your eyes, he’s just trying to get you taken care of & on your way!
Yes, it’s a small place, Nothing fancy, No loaner vehicles, unless you’re using Insurance to cover the rental car. I’d rather have it fixed properly & TRUST someone with my vehicle to do ONLY What’s NECESSARY, NOT a Salesperson (or I’ve even been lied to at the dealer before - something that didn’t need to be done, but they said it did! Argh!) & trying to Jack the Bill ?⬆️⬆️⬆️!!!
There used to be a guy Dave & a guy Steve who helped out up front, but I’m so glad it’s just Tommy right now - my husband didn’t have a good experience with Steve. Not sure the details, but he won’t go back. I completely Trust Tommy though!
I’ve even called to ask questions & he’ll tell me over the phone so I don’t waste our time or money bringing it in. Huge ++!
(ie. Should we buy this vehicle for our teen driver (yrs ago!) or this is going on, Help! Or The dealer said I need this & that fixed but I don’t trust them) IF they KNOW & have recently seen my vehicle or know the brand, or the issue I’m asking about, they’ll just chat with me about it in the phone, If it’s something I need to take it in for, then I set up a time). They always give me Options BUT Also Explain the “ifs, ands, buts, whys, what’s, hows”
They work on Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infinity, etc.
Won’t work on Mercedes or some of the Specialized brands that are Expensive to fix & Only want you to go to the dealer.
So Grateful for Tommy and E&T Automotive!!!
