Had the unpleasant experience on 10/24 around 7:30pm of driving and truck #134 was being an absolute menace in traffic. Cutting other off, excessively speeding, changing lanes without signaling, turning on his rear light to blind drivers behind him, just being incredibly aggressive all around. Crazy guy is gonna kill someone one day driving like that.

Stellar service from Driver Steven. Approached me kindly and treated my car as if it were his own. The price was reasonable and the service, fantastic. Though I hope not to need a tow again; I would absolutely call upon Eagle in the event of unforseen events.

These guys ROCK! My roadside assistance completely ghosted me and the second I called for private towing I was told by Woody(the dispatcher) calmed me down and had the driver (Stephen) on the way within minutes. I highly recommend Eagle towing to anyone in need of emergency roadside service

Great Service. My wrecker driver was Stephen, and he exemplifies the very heart of service! Amazing person and the company should be proud to have him as a wrecker driver. Reliable, excellent communication from the time he was enroute to drop off! I would use this wrecker service again for sure, especially if Stephen is behind the wheel.

Illegally towed my vehicle!!Whoever brittany is there lol wow!!! Really blocking people for reaching out about damages ? Its ok btittany the city of Round Rock has reached out and so has google fiber your going to have to provide the video of the tow from start to finish to them lol. From pre inspection til the end of the tow. No tow signs were mon-fri u touched my car on sunday Filed in court as well. Complaint filed with TDLR also. I GOT TIME TODAY. Im a disabled veteran out a car now and will be missing some important medical appointments now. Thanks Eagle Towing and Wrecking you guys sure wreck my peace. Then your tow truck driver parks my car illegally in front of a fire hydrant!!! To then really be towed and damaged!! Cant make this up lol. He failed to check the signs aswell and left no paper work. claiming to be very professional Brittany but you are the complete opposite UNPROFESSIONAL
