Loved the fitness center; large room with table, bench, and super-extending TV mount; view from room; many-seat lobby with coffee, special teas, and fruit-water; breakfast with unique servings; and patio fountain.Not so much the thin walls, low shower water-pressure, and missing remote for TV in the fitness center.For a 2nd-floor room the view was nice because of the trees and almost 3rd-floor height. The kitchen makes the room bigger and that counter with stools is a nice divide to the bed area. I think the kitchen is missing some items from its drawers. Nevertheless, I'd pick this place over many of the Residence Inns I've stayed.The fitness center has many different weight machines, more than a lot of higher-tier brands. Too bad the dumbbells only go to 50lbs, but they were all there. Love the window-walls on two sides, too bad they face hallways. One hallway opens up to the patio though.It seems this place is always almost full because of Dell and Samsung. This also explains why I saw a lot of Korean signage and kimchi fried rice in the breakfast buffet. I might book here again to try it, but thin walls and low shower-pressure are double deal-breakers.

The place is nice, the service is great, the bedrooms are super comfortable, it has everything you need and the most important thing is that it is close to places to make a common purchase. ??

The rooms are beautiful, the issue we had was the bed was a rock. So hard both of us woke up in lots of pain. There was also no shelf in the shower so everything had to sit on the floor of the shower. The staff was very courteous.

High quality property. Newer build, clean and modern. Kitchenette always welcome when traveling with my kids. Elite level of service from front of house staff. Complimentary breakfast was exceptionally prepared and serviced. Well equipped fitness area. Close to freeway so easy access all parts of Austin.

Heads up! I booked a month in advance and while I was driving there on the day of check in I get a message they cannot honor my reservation… now I’m stuck paying extra $150 at a different hotel alot further than I planned my activities. Very inconvenient and cost me more money!

Check-in was a breeze. Room was nicely roomy and clean. I like that there is a filtered water fountain in the room. There was a weird noise that bothered my wife but overall it is a nice, spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast was a little above standard fare. Staff was looking a bit haggard but were doing a great job.

My husband and I had a "staycation" here, and enjoyed our stay! The lobby was clean, and smelled pleasant. The lady who checked us in was friendly and accommodating.We were surprised at everything we had at our disposal in the room - a full fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, and sink with a filtered faucet for drinking water. I also appreciate that the floor in the room felt clean - I've stayed in places where even the carpet felt sticky, but that wasn't an issue here! It was quiet, we were not disturbed by noises from other guests at all.The only thing that probably could have been better was the breakfast - wasn't really a fan of the options, and the taste was meh. But it was free, so I can't really complain.Overall, would definitely recommend!

I had never stayed in an Element hotel before but boy was this a great experience! The hotel is modern and aesthetically pleasing. Igra and Angela were delightful in every way and provided exceptional customer service. Every request and question I asked was promptly acted upon and with fantastic attitudes. I saw on one of the luggage carts that bike rentals are available and they both worked to assure that one was available for my morning bike ride.That made me so happy! Thank you to both of them for that.Breakfast was served from 7-10am and had plenty of options. There is also a good-sized gym and laundry room as well as an outside smaller patio and pool. Plenty of parking is available and the hotel isn't far from the highway, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc but is still quiet. The rooms are comfortable and provide a functional kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, sink and stove top. Not to mention a water filter next to the sink! My only suggestion/recommendation would be to change out the shower heads and replace them with larger ones that provide more coverage and better water pressure. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!Rooms: Loved the rooms. I was very surprised to find a water filter next to the sink as well! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. My one recommendation would be to change out the shower head so there is improved coverage and water pressure.

We stay at hotels all the time and I have never left a review, but our experience at this hotel was so exceptional that I wanted to do so. Everything was nice and super clean. The staff was friendly, and very quick to respond to requests (more towels or blankets needed). Most hotels seem to only clean now if you request it, but Our room was cleaned everyday without us asking. Housekeeping nicely arranged my daughters stuffed animals on her bed and they even cleaned our dirty dishes we left in the sink. The room was stocked with a large fridge, microwave, stovetop and dishwasher. Bed was comfortable, and the tv had streaming services. All for a very reasonable rate. Thank you!

Very clean room, enjoyed our stay. Jesus was great! Went above and beyond with a smile on his face. Breakfast could have been better but overall a great experience.Rooms: Very clean and included all of the supplies needed to cook a quick meal!

If I were to rate solely about the hotel;This place is a 11/10.I was amazed with the breakfast and the interior designs. I am coming back!The service is friendly and professional and much to offer!Rooms: Was very organized and the layout was fantastic.Nearby activities: The resort is only a 10 minute drive.Safety: I like how the door in your room reminds you to lock the latch and deadbolt shows that they really want your safety.Walkability: The distance to get to one place to another in the hotel is very easy.Food & drinks: Food and drinks are easy to find.
