I left my iPad in my room at checkout. We went to a basketball tournament nearby. Afterward I went back to the hotel to get it hoping they would be honest. However they were not. I knew exactly where I left it and they lied that no one found it. They told me I could call the cops knowing full well that the cops wouldn’t do anything. She didn’t even have to look up the police contact number which tells me that this probably happens frequently. They told me that if I could see the location and it was one of their employees homes then they would fire the employee!? I’m not dumb, I know that you just reset the iPad from the property and it’s no longer traceable. I’m sure it was pawned the moment they left work. They even went as far as to tell me that they always have things turned in by the cleaning staff including phones and diamonds! Who leaves diamonds laying around and forgets them? She clearly was just saying anything. I wouldn’t trust them with even my credit card info if this is how they treat their guests. Also, they didn’t even have room keys available for anyone apparently. So all guests had to be walked to their doors and let in. However a friend of mine stayed there too and they told her to download the app to access her room. When she refused they all of a sudden had a key for her. Shady business and people. Would not recommend this location.

Here for a dance competition. I did not spend the night (local for me). Beautiful facility. Clean and bright, and staff very helpful. Many ammenities nearby for shopping. Only drawback is parking.

This newer hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops nearby. However, the south wing on the 2nd floor is directly above Bar Louie, and the noise from the bar seeps into the rooms, remaining extremely loud until late into the night.
Rooms on higher floors, away from the bar noise, are available for an upcharge. But as a Diamond member, I should be eligible for complimentary space-available upgrades, right? Unfortunately, no. Hilton has moved to an upcharge model, and the claim of complimentary upgrades has become more of a misleading statement, as they are practically never offered in reality.

Stay away from this place. Not worth the money. We stayed there one night on Saturday. Very noisy, even we were on the 4th floor the music from the bar downstairs was so loud so we couldn’t sleep. Very poor isolation, we also heard everything from the corridor and other rooms
Cheap coffee in the room. Not worth a single star.
One star for breakfast, it was really good and a huge variety of meals available for everyone

We love this place and stay here often but recently had an especially positive experience on New Year's Eve. We had to cancel plans last minute due to an emergency and Michelle was above and beyond helpful. She helped turn a difficult experience into a some great memories.

Located close to Kalahari, Ikea, & Outlet Malls in the Round Rock, this is close to most places, stores, restaurants, and easy access to I35 hwy.
Customer service at the reception is good as they will work to help you in every possible way. From room facing to ease of extending stays, they offered me better rates than available online (own site, expedia.com, hotels.com, booking.com, etc). So, make sure to call and check directly.
They also offered 2 free drinks (alcoholic & non) per guest during happy hours 4-7pm, free continental breakfast 6 to 10 small with made to order omelets, 3 diff coffees, fresh juices... Food quality was not bad at all. Free Parking (front and back side, plenty), swimming pool access. These extras adds up to $50+. There is an insuite restaurant and several mexican ones just steps away. Good for those who care.
This is one of the nicest 3 star hotel in Round Rock and I recommend for the price. Most booking sites rate it 9+ out of 10.

I do not recommend. Steer clear of this one. Front desk clerks were rude & very unprofessional. The room was not ready at check in. They didn’t know when it would be ready. After driving 6 hrs we were ready to rest. Then they lost our reservation then it was “mysteriously” cancelled. I understand things happen beyond one’s control but they did not care. Thanks for nothing Embassy suites by Hilton. I will not be staying at another one.
