I give my maximum star rating to the maintenance gentlemen of the place. for Pedro and George. Good quality and very fast service. Thanks for the help.

The management changes often. Maybe residents I spoke with complained about broken appliances not being fixed for months lights that don't work, and leaking plumbing which is not transferred to either. I don't recommend this place.

Save your money and do not move here. I never leave reviews but after dealing with a beeping from smoke detector no one can find in my apartment for over a year and now the maintenance team telling me now there is nothing they can do, since it would be too much work for them to find the root of the cause I felt like I had to. We were baited into renewing our lease last year when the old management guaranteed they would resolve the issue, and after they left we hoped the new management greystar would help us but obviously they do not care like the old team. Greystar will spend multiple days before they get back to you on any service ticket you submit, tell you they will be coming at a time/day and then come weeks later, and close out your tickets before they are done. This is not a place you want to move into.

This is 5 stars due to new management. Cheyenne, Andrea and the main maintenance guy have been godsends. Absolute breath of fresh air for this complex. I’ve been here for years and have never been happier! There is one front office person that is really rude but I won’t put her on blast here. I hope this management stays around because I believe they can fix this place.

If I wrote this review a month ago, it wouldn’t have even been worth 1 star.Maintenance: recently I had an issue where a water pipe busted inside the wall in the unit above mine, and my apartment was impacted with a leaking ceiling, resulting in my bathroom flooding. George, Gabriel, and one other person responded promptly and resolved the issue within an hour. Among that, they also addressed issues I’ve waited over TWO years to be fixed. Still more to go, but I will say since Greystar has taken over, along with a change in managment, I feel this property is heading into the right direction.

Staff member Andrea Silvas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. She made the process really easy for me! I’ve sent her contact information to a few family members. Hopefully they experience her good vibes and professional service

Quality in the apartments are absolute garbage, maintenance team are completely useless and never do work orders and the office people suck at their job and have the worst attitude when all you need is some help. Definitely don’t recommend living here.

DON'T LIVE HERE!! The staff are friendly when you're looking for a tour and thinking of signing with them- it seems all nice and they're helpful, but then you sign your contract and it's like they forget you exist! Customer service is terrible unless you show up in person, and no one has time for that with their limited hours. It takes anywhere from 2-8 weeks for any maintenance requests to be filled, and they may show up, do nothing, and close the ticket. There are ALWAYS water problems and the water has to be turned off multiple times a week and they will never compensate anyone, cause then they have to do it for everyone even if the place is un-liviable. Cars get broken into and dented all the time by other residents. The parking garage and halls always smell cause people leave trash everywhere and the trash service NEVER picks up when they say they will. The thermostat in the units also never work properly so your electric bills are ridiculously high, even for an apartment. Just save yourself the trouble of dealing with these people and go somewhere else!

I tried to view an apartment and find out the rent for RRISD employees (publicly advertised discount). I was told they couldn't tell me what the discount was because they hadn't "received training" and I couldn't view one of the THREE 2 bedroom-2 bath apartments listed as available. What is this? Not apartments for rent, surely. I'm confused.

I’m not one to leave a bad review and am very forgiving - although the miscommunication at this complex is something I hope to save someone else from in the future.TLDR: The apartment itself is nice, amenities are nice, and staff is friendly - yet the miscommunication doesn’t overcome that. I would not recommend living here to save yourself underpromises, unexpected charges, and miscommunications.I had a lease at this complex for 2 years - December 2020 - December 2022. We were promised many things and communicated well with in the beginning, when we would ask questions we’d get a prompt response. As time went on, the short staff and turn over increased - as someone who hires, I definitely understand this. Especially when it came to not being able to meet all maintenance requests. Although, if your team is communicating costs and promising things, the management must understand this discussion and confusion when clarification or promises not met are raised by the person leasing.I have since then moved out, I’ve been trying to contact the complex in regards to move out charges that were not discussed at move in or were told to me by staff I wouldn’t be charged for that.I’ve tried to communicate with someone from management and informed they didn’t work that day, told I would get a call back, yet no call. I emailed, sent follow up emails , no response. To no avail I’ve reached out to the parent company - Lynd leasing - in hopes to receive a response.

Please Read! This apartment complex’s office staff verbally told my wife when she moved out she would not need to pay any early termination fee. She had the money to pay and was willing to pay. Now, we get a letter at our new address after getting married that they put her in collections! She has never paid a single bill late in her life and has a sterling credit score (until now, thanks to this apartment complex). Attached is a picture of the corner of our new year’s surprise from the worst apartment complex ever as proof of our unhappy tale.

I was looking into this apartment complex but i found out they will tow your car with no warning and will come up with boring excuses saying there was an email about new rules but won’t make it easy for a regular costumer to read it and will put it half way on an essay explaining it. They have no leniency towards the costumers that rent there and will tow it for any little thing and make you pay hundred’s of $$$. I will like to live somewhere where i feel welcome and safe but i can’t live somewhere i have to worry about getting disrespected.

Can I give zero stars? This is THE WORST apartment complex ever. With these dinosaur aged appliances that DON'T EVEN WORK, there is no way these one-bedroom units should cost more than $800-- if that. It's super ghetto here. And if you're in the wrong part of the complex, moving in is a serious task, because some parts are barely accessible. Don't even get me started on this scam service they claim is mandatory for a "security deposit" that's non refundable. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. OR. MONEY. HERE. Definitely look elsewhere. PLEASE take heed and consider yourself warned.

If only 0 stars was an option. I cannot invite people over because the parking garage and hallways are embarrassingly dirty. Animal feces and food are always littered. Our dishwasher never works and stinks up the apartment. Our bathtub finish started chipping away and looks terrible. Dust never seems to go away. Maintenance takes forever to respond. Parking garage is so poorly designed that my car has been side swiped multiple times. Amenities are terrible. The gym gets so stuffy 0 ventilation. Staff just comes off annoyed if you go to them. Gates are always opened and cars enter so fast one day I’m getting hit. Just do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. I regret living here everyday. Can’t wait for our lease to end.

I lived here for a year. Maintenance is horrible. I notified the office staff that my carpet was sticky when I moved in and nothing was done about it. I complained about my dryer not working properly the entire year and nothing was done about it. My oven stopped working and nothing was done about that either. We then started receiving messages telling us to not submit service requests. I definitely do not recommend no one to move here.
