RUN AWAY and AVOID !!!
DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.
I wish I could give ZERO stars, just like they gave me zero service!
This place is unprofessional and they take advantage of customers by running a scam.
One month before my trip, I made a reservation. When I tried to check in I was told that the hotel was overbooked and that they did not have any room available even though I already had a reservation.
I was left in the street to find somewhere else to stay and the only other hotel options were double the price of the original reservation. Today I found out this hotel STILL CHARGED ME even though they did not let me stay because THEY overbooked.
This place should NOT be doing business if they will NOT honor their agreement to the reservations. It should be AGAINST THE LAW for them to collect money without providing the service.
Please do NOT take your family here.
Besides the horrible experience and the lack of support and no customer service, the place looked super dirty, NOT safe, and smelled like drugs.
Rooms: The whole building is very DIRTY and smells very BAD.
Safety: NOT safe, Do NOT bring your family

Book a month in advance when we got here they gave our room to someone else and they downgraded us to a single bed to a family of three on top of that they give us the room of another person when we went in there they were the bed. They gave us another room and someone try to come in and they opened it I almost beat the crap out of them on top of that the place is dirty as hell smells like pot and cigarettes it almost looks like a homeless shelter or a crack house if you want your things stolen and sleep with bed bugs this is the place.

I would give zero stars if I could, save for two employees that were actually helpful.
The rooms are tiny and the bed was horrible. The kitchenette had the worst burners I've ever used. Even on high heat it took at least 20 minutes to get water to boil. There were roaches EVERYWHERE! It seemed like they were breeding a whole colony under the stoves.Luckily I didn't have bed bugs like so many other reviews have said they had. The vending machines are extortionate with their prices. They only have one luggage cart, and a tire is flat but they refuse to fix it so it's impossible to maneuver properly. The front desk workers seemingly do everything they can do avoid actually doing their jobs. They're constantly in the room next to the desk, and it seems like they're trying to avoid any guests staying there. The shower was half busted and had no pressure. Once might the fire alarm kept going off for literally no reason. We were forced to stay there for four weeks because of our financial situation, and it's the worst place in which I've ever had the displeasure of living.
Update: I contacted corporate itself and still have not heard anything. Rest assured I will keep contacting y'all until I get some sort of compensation for the health risk y'all posed on us.

Such friendly and welcoming staff! They even gave us icecream, the key to my heart. The new manager is cool and Denise was especially nice :)
The room was clean and whenever we needed anything they were happy to help us!

Walkability: There's a little park down the road from the hotel. Also there is a few restaurants near the hotel that you can walk to

I booked for a week through Expedia, stayed for 1 night and woke up to roaches all over the room, restroom/walls/fridge/cabinets/bed/closet/hallway. Checked out the following morning but hotel wouldn't approve a refund for the remaining days I didn't stay so had to cover the week anyway. Charmaine was nice, was her first day working there but wouldn't recommend the place until they fix the roach issue. They could get into your bags/belongings and then you'll have an infestation at home before you know it.

The lady at front desk Denis Graves was excellent! She answered every question and was helpful with every need. Always smiling ?. The lady Chariah was rude, unhelpful, was never at the front desk. Tried to over charge me, wasn’t at all knowledgeable of the correct rates & fees.

Denise and Markesha were super helpful with getting me into my room. Their hospitality goes beyond measures. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to anyone traveling.
