Our experience with the staff at Extra Space Storage has been great! They are always available for assistance. The space is very clean and well maintained. We had a very good experience while moving in and the staff has been very accommodating regarding our requests since moving in.

Are the people there nice, yes...is the place clean and maintained, yes...will they double your space rent very quickly, YES. Exactly doubled almost immediately, because of "market rate adjustments" BUT they still rent and advertise much lower for the same size unit. BEWARE, this is no different than any other scam or hustle!
Checked out of my unit yesterday, just wanted to add that if you need cool "controlled" temperature this is not your place. For most people will be fine, but warmest controlled unit I've ever rented.

Overall great experience, user friendly app, great customer service. Pricing does fluctuate after sometime but wouldn’t say that’s not typical for the industry. Clean facilities, and in general would use again should there be a need. Highly recommend.

Iwent today to move some of my things on another unit and Yolanda was there we stared to talk and I mention that I really wanted a bigger unit. She mention she has one available and help me transfer my units . I'm so happy with her service. Every stuff member here is amazing . Kind sweet exelent costumer service . Yoland is amazing ?
