My wife and I worked with Jamie in our search for a new mattress. Neither my wife nor I knew what we were looking for, except that we needed a new mattress. Jamie patiently took us around the store, giving us the chance to lay on beds to feel the difference. He provided us with lots of details on each mattress. We walked out of the store feeling like we got a really great deal on an awesome mattress.

Jamie was absolutely amazing!! Me and my twin came there to get our first mattresses there and he took very good care of us and I have worked in retail and I commend him for making sure we felt welcomed and I felt good that he knew what he was talking about! Give him a raise!!

Raul was great! Very knowledgeable and great memory (remembered all the mattresses I tried and what I thought about them when I came back--eventually to make a purchase)! ...hopefully, it will be a great mattress after all the waffling and various different mattress store visits (I'm thinking it will be!). Looking forward to my wife and myself being able to sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed ?

Had a great experience mattress shopping (Needed King set & Queen mattress). Thinking I wanted really plush n soft, found out I needed some firmness for pressure points & back/neck issues. After testing a few viable examples, picked exactly what I wanted & thoroughly pleased with the King, I sleep like a baby now lol. The Q is in spare room & not used yet but it looks comfy ?. Thanks for the assistance & explaining differences. Was also great to get the BOGO offer. Definitely recommend Factory Mattress.
